This place doesn't not exist. Do not go by Google reviews. I made that mistake. So this hotel has been acquired by ITC Fortune sometime back and no longer exists. The website associated with the hotel is a fraud. Their email does not work and when you contact them on the number they will say send the full amount and then I will confirm the booking. When you send the amount they will say I will generate receipt and send in 48 hours which they never do. On the day of the booking they will call and say receipt cannot be generated, please send the booking amount again as I have to generate the receipt from a another machine. They will say your earlier booking amount will be refunded in 24 hours. If you do no send money again, they cannot confirm your booking. I obviously denied to send the money a second time. Only after reaching the location did I realize how big a fraud this is. Do not go by the website, pics on Google maps and the phone number mentioned in the website. I obviously had to spend more money and get a fresh booking after reaching Puri.

This hotel has been sold to Fortune ITC and there's a website for this hotel on google where the called person asks online transfer for booking room ,saying that east west also run in the same hotel. That's a fraud so never pay for online booking as it seems many scammer have created website in the name of hotels to get your online money for booking. Puri has become a hub of online hotel booking scammers. Hope it helps the innocent ppl

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. It was a lovely, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Its a fraud... takes advanced booking and no displayed on websites is a big scam.. donot go for the hotel...

This is a fantastic place to stay in Puri, perfectly located just a kilometer away from the main promenade. The area is calm, allowing you to clearly hear the soothing sounds of waves crashing onto the shore. The hotel is right in front of the sea, and most rooms offer stunning sea views. I'd strongly recommend opting for a Super Deluxe room, the view from there is simply breathtaking. Our experience was so delightful that we extended our stay. The hotel also has an inviting pool where you can take a refreshing dip while enjoying a mesmerizing view of the pool merging seamlessly with the sea. All rooms are spacious, with the Super Deluxe rooms being especially roomy and comfortable. We were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel's courteous and attentive staff. However, the hotel management could pay closer attention to the maintenance and upkeep of the property. Unfortunately, some guests aren't mindful of handling valuable items, leading to damages and subsequent negative online posts. If you're visiting Puri with family, friends, or your partner and want to create lasting memories, this is undoubtedly the ideal choice.

It is completely a fraud hotel. The time of booking only we can understand.the mobile number is showing the hotel bame but they advised you to pay in a personal hdfc bank account number. Total fraud.

The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Mostly all the modern amenities are present. Was given a sea facing room on the last day as one became available. So thanks to the hotel. Parking is good. All the people working in the hotel are very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. It's right beside the beach. They have a private beach area to themselves. It was a nice stay.
