Hotel Naina

The worst feeling ever. When I call for booking they told me 1100 but when I checked they charge me 3500 for one day. And the manager have also arrogance behaviour to their customers. Please some cancel this hotel lisence. They don't deserve to open hotel .

Resently We traveled for 2 days and we arrived early in the morning,so we went for an inquiry for room price and our budget was below 1000 but they said 3500. And worst service n ambience also . The owner of the hotel doesn't speak politely. So it's better to stay at another hotel. Thank you

-Small rooms with little ventilation . Limited rooms with balcony facility also available. -No geyser even in peak time of December -No room heater during the chilling winters -But staff were cordial, they provided us with hot water bucket in the morning -No towel provided -Bathrooms we small and dingy. Not very tidy. -No parking space - No attached restaurant - We paid around 900 per day for the above service (w/o A.C.).

The worst accommodation I've ever seen. Went to the reception for inquiring and to see the rooms. That unprofessional owner asked 3500 for a Kotha like room and he calls it a royal suite. And the irony is that the receptionist came to his capacity reducing the price to 1500. Don't visit this standard less kotha. I won't call it a hotel. When I denied to stay he started abusing me. Parking not available you've to park on the road only. The room is not even worth of 500. Go here for bad Vibes only. Try other hotels like KP Salunki, Hill View or Royal Plaza.

Very nice hotel (A/C restaurant attached) with experience staff and situated in heart of the phulbani town.strongly recommended for a pleasant stay with great ambience of hotel with all verities of room having economic prices. Facilities- 1:Economic,middle standart,luxury and royal (a/c $ non a/c) rooms available 2:A/C restaurant(Indian ,Chinese and tandoor)available 3:cofference room available 4:meeting hall available 5:market complex available 6:non attached rooms available 7:gyser facilities available 8:24 x7 hours service facilities 9: friendly staffs 10:parking available for bikes and cars.

Hotel at phulbani main road. Non ac room they charge 500 bucks for double occupany & 450 bucks for single occupancy.Small rooms,bathroom fittings are very poor quality, it stinks . No gyser, no parking place. Good food with an attached ac resturant, prompt service & cordial staff. Hotel is so so. Need improvment.

good budget friendly hotel..although several of the menu items are not available..so that only four star..great service..good ambience and hotel is present in nice location..And they also knowingly did not provide us the discount which is going on ,we also did not ask for it..but it shud be provided as a courtesy..otherwise all good..

Not that good at cleanliness. One good thing is that there is one restaurant over the lodge but the food quality not that good according to the price. If someone wants to stay for a night due to some emergency than it's ok... But otherwise there is no locks on bathrooms also.
