Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Hotel I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking. The moment I arrived for check-in, the hotel manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Instead of greeting guests politely, he talked in a very harsh and disrespectful tone, which immediately made the experience uncomfortable. What's worse, at the time of check-in, no one informed me about any GST charges. However, during checkout, they suddenly demanded extra money for GST and forced me to pay it. When I tried to question them about this unexpected charge, the staff and the manager were not only uncooperative but also continued to behave rudely. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Guests expect transparency and respectful behavior, especially at check-in and checkout. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience ever. lodge staff are illiterate and don't know how to respect their customers. My room was full of red ants they didn't even bother to look into the matter after the complaint. Pathetic service pathetic manager. Will stay in some dharamshala rather than staying in this lodge. I recommend just search for some other options instead of this lodge.

Room is very clean,well defined but lack in walking space....and everything is just fine for single occupancy in 350/- Behaviour of hotel reception is very pleasing. However,try to keep things tidy when you leave,follow normal etiquettes so that the overall ambience remains the same for the next occupant

Not clean but noisy!||Typical Indian Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Bath room not clean , Bed room ok but really noisy from the street and from the kids keeping the hotel as waiters. Be careful about the TV all night.||This Hotel is in the middle of the city||No breakfast and restaurant but... this is the best from miles around

It is a very nice lodge. The room was neat n clean. Behaviour of the reception was very humble. If u looking for a better lodge in Phulbani then I suggest, just try this lodge.

Arya palace is situated at ganesh bazar, gundicha main road, i had taken a room to take rest on 1/06/2023, it was very comfortable...it has good behaviour and helpfull staff...

Arya palace hotel in phulbani. ||Expecting the worst, but pleasant surprised. We had room 103. Super deluxe room with airco, fan and tv. Bathroom ok, not great luxe but we have a toilet, sink and shower. There's a Minibar but empty. A lot of noise on the hallway and from the streets. But we have ear plugs. Again i'm glad to brought our own sheet There's only a sheet to lie on, no sheet to cover yourself only blanket.
