Great location. Room numbers 302 & 303 are spacious. Nice staffs. Manager Mr. Lenka is helpful. But do not expect great service.... remember it's Panthanivas . Compared to other similar hotels in Paradip, it's the best value for money place to stay. We are regulars so usually we come prepared. My advise: Lower your expectations and you will have a great stay.

The room service is totally rubbish. Some of room AC are not working properly. Some bathroom have light problem and some of them don't have mirror or cup board. Anyway view is great from balcony. Marriage party are scheduled here. There is a restaurant in ground floor. It is nearer to sea beach. Food quality needs improvement

Food was below average so was customer service. Internal infrastructure is good but external infrastructure need some more attention though decent painting and extensive lighting had been done recently. Though location of property is on the beach as per map, but actual sea is appx 1 km away and that too on a beach where bathing is not allowed. All in all just waste of

This place is very good. Spacious clean and hygienic rooms, A decent cafeteria that presents tasty foods, Ample parking space, Serene ambience, sea view is clear from the rooms. Staff service is very good. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay in Paradip, this is the place..

I think OTDC Panthanivas (Paradeep) is the best place for accommodation in Paradeep for tourists. The ambience of panthanivas is very good . The ac double bed room tariff was 1400+GST during my last visit. The room was spacious and clean. * Car parking facility available * arrange car, auto for sightseeing or nearby places. * There is a restaurant(dining hall) in panthanivas. Food quality was very good * Wheelchair accessible entrance is available.

This Panthanivas is located near sea beach of paradeep. This Panthanivas has good garden in front yard. Marriage and reception party are organised here. Room service are not up to mark. Restaurant is in ground floor. Food quality is ok . Room condition is not satisfactory. ACs are not properly working. The only good thing is that this Panthanivas is near to bus stand.

Its ok to spend a night here... Services are available commensurate the price. 1300 plus gst for an AC room night with complementary breakfast. You may mot have the luxuries of a star hotel but the tranquility and silence is in abundance... Cash only place no crefit debit or epayments. Standard food. Service vloses by 22.30 hr. No bar service..

A terribel experience about this hotel rooms deluxe AC a third class room compare other OTDC hotels this are not suitable for gentleman stay, no generater facility wast food quality. I suggest everyone not to stay hear for a moment it's just a black spot of OTDC good will.
