HOTEL ZAIKA INTERNATIONAL

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this establishment, and I can honestly say it was an absolutely dreadful experience. First, I ordered the chicken lollypop, chicken curry, and naan. To say the chicken was rubbery would be an understatement--it was inedible, tough, and had the texture of something that had been reheated multiple times. The chicken curry was equally disappointing, lacking any flavour and completely devoid of the richness you'd expect from such a dish. As for the naan, it was stale and hard, as though it had been sitting around for hours. I also tried the so-called 'masala' cold drink, only to discover that they used an already opened bottle, and the taste was downright foul. It was clear that no effort had been put into ensuring that the drinks were fresh or properly stored. To top off the appalling food, the dining staff were absolutely useless. There was no sign of professionalism, and the service was slow, disorganised, and frankly, rude. It's as though the staff couldn't care less about the customers. Overall, it was a horrific experience from start to finish. The food was revolting, the service was abysmal, and I wouldn't wish this restaurant on my worst enemy. I won't be returning, and I highly recommend you avoid it at all costs.

Though we have not stayed, but enjoyed their hospitality and the food thoroughly. The price is slightly on the higher side, but considering the quality, taste of food and ambiance of the restaurant, it is worth visiting. I specially loved the chicken pakoda. The washroom is also moderately clean. There is also a confectionary at the front wherefrom you can taste variety of sweets. It has also an EV charging station by TATA.

A nice hotel in the heart of the city to have a pleasant and peaceful stay in the city with family for a couple of days. People prefering to stay at Balasore should try this stay. Food quality is also good and of reasonable price. Overall a value for money stay.

Horrible complementary breakfast. On order only in dining hall this was served. The food quality is very poor. No professionalism in serving food. Overall horrible experience for me.

Hotel zaika International offers a uniquely charming ambience, exuding a cool and pleasant atmosphere. The food is consistently excellent, meeting high standards while remaining budget _friendly.polite and welcoming staff, coupled with excellent Hospitality services, enhance the overall dining experience, making guests feel valued and appreciated.

Sunday this place is very crowd. I have celebrated birthday party here and booked advance. The decoration and food is awesome. Recommended dishes paneer 65,crispy American corn, Tawa pomfret, Hilsha tel jhal

Very nice stay. Always takes personal care, whenever any request is made. Food is good. Staffs are helpful.

Not only very bad ,worst food that I ever ate....... If you feel hungry it's better to stay hungry But never think to come here
