Hotel Trupti

There is no professional manager to run affairs of hotel. Initially it was a good hotel. But my recent stay was horrible. Although I had phoned 2 hours back about my time of arrival the room was not ready. I had been given an uncleaned room. For bed sheet, TV recharge,Mosquito repellent etc I had to run several times to reception. Drinking water was not provided as per requirement. There is no dedicated manager for hotel. Same man looks after restaurant too. The owner should look into it. Since it is in a lonely place you can't go for a walk after evening & will confine to your room Only.

Restaurant staffs actually need proper training. They need to know about all the food in the menu and way to serve them. Please take attention....

Worst hotel, very bad service, I have visited so many hotels in Odisha but not seen this type of hotel. Very bad behavior by hotel manager. Rude behavior they don't know how to deal a customer. Suggesting everyone don't visit here.

The cultural experience at Hotel Trupti left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Overall a good stay. Spacious rooms, good service, tasty food and above all reasonably priced.

I must say try chicken keema masala and naan/rumali roti

The best ever experience go for it guys ....just have a visit nd enjoy your delicious food
