I have called the hotel for room booking but I changed my mind due to the worst behaviour of the person/owner. If you guys are running a hotel business then you must learn properly behaviour and words and try to have some courtesy towards your guests. Because if people stop staying in your hotel then it will be your loss only. That's all.
