OYO 93025 Patra Residency

They are frouds. Dont book the room .it has no residence. It is mini malisahi in bbsr . room are not cleaned. They charge more. 1000rs per non ac room.bathroom are not cleaned. They like only these people who comes with there partner for romance and they stay only 1-3 hours . they don't refund the booking money. I want to give him 0 (DON'T COME HERE)

They are fraud, First I booked this hotel online at rs 800 And after reaching there the staff asked me rs 1200 extra I showed him that I had paid the amount but they totally refused it and Denied us to give room

Nothing is good ... the person are in reception was rude.. they charge me extra as per the value was shown in online. Room was not clean, bathroom tape are broken...unhygienic area.. very poor experience. Will not come again in future and not going to suggest to anyone. Very poor and bad experience. Value less.

I would rather give negative stars if available. Disgusting service ever. Biggest frauds of all time. No decency to talk. Don't have the guts to give out their name on phone. Shameful. No attached toilets !!! Atleast mention this in app or website or inform OYO atleast. For people, who will be seeing this .... I would say, Please do not spoil your day by booking this hotel. The rates of the hotel are different from what the OYO is offering. They are running their own business and have no decency to explain or clarify with OYO. As a customer, you will be breaking your head between the hotel management and OYO. So stop the OYO business and search for other good hotels. Hope you will save your beautiful day and plans.

such a bad place the rooms were dirty the sink was stinky they charge 1000 rs while going there while in online it was mentioned 500 rs

Worst experience.. they charge extra money when I visited for staying that online booking isn't acceptable. I booked @ 750. And at hotel they again forced to pay 500. Hopefully it is happening with everyone. Kindly avoid staying here..

Worst service They are charging extramoney upon reaching there.There are no facilities available like geezer AC etc.They have put up a false address which is very difficult to find it in Google map.Upon asking why did u do this,they are telling that OYO is making problem to then so they arr making problem for others.what nonsense people. Better to stay other places.

If you want to waste your time and money then you can go. Behaviour of staffs are very bad. They have no relation with Oyo . And they are denying to accept Oyo price
