Hotel Alishan Palace

You have built a very grand palace and the people you have kept inside it to manage it are so useless. Either this is straight management or the Owner's negligence or the owner's orders which they are following .. If a guest comes here then the hotel staff should make arrangements for food but here it is being said that we have run out of gas cylinders, I have never heard a worse excuse than this. Is it a Hotel Alishan Palace or Alishan Dharamshala can you please Specify ??

Worst than I am ever thinking about this hotel. They don't give any food on my arrival that ok I understand that's late a night when I wake up in morning I order for brekfast the said there is no gas after that the call for me for check in that why it's is failure of owner who don't kept there word. If employee is like this owner should note there minus point

No TV facility, Set up box exchanging at the time of Check in.AC not working properly in all room . Need to check properly before check in .Very bad experience.

Extremely poor maintenance, TV / charging points r not working, wallpapers r hanging, no sanitary in wash rooms, no changing of bed sheets, nobody cares despite complaint...

Worst place to live here.services not good.. moreover for their own profit they are not using any cards.Neither they inform this thing at the time of check in nor inform after checking. While check out they denied for the same . recommend not to stay there.

Nice place for enjoying holiday in its banglow and also a good place for celebrating events like marriage, engagement, anniversary, etc. Restaurant is also quite good. It's a good resort in kantabanji, service is also good it has big parking place too.

I visited twice in the hotel. First experience was not good at all. Room used to be not clean after telling also. Even if I told at reception and went for my work, and when I came in evening, room had same condition. Communication gap between hotel staff as they didn't inform to clean 2 days. Food delivery was too slow. It happened twice that I ordered something, but I waited for an hour, and there was no information from reception about late food delivery in room. I had to call the reception by my own to ask about food. It seemed Hunger strike to me. I asked for swimming pool and waited for 2 hours near pool area, however guard went to his home when I asked at reception. I couldn't enjoy my one holiday. When I visited second time. It was bit improved by their side. I got food in 30-40 minutes. Earlier it was more than 45 minutes waiting. Place looks beautiful, but staff needs to work on communication skills, and behavior. This hotel can do much better as it has beautiful view and place to enjoy. I hope, this hotel would improve more. At last, I got better experience than first visit, however they can give best. Thanks. :)
