I have participated in the EDE Course in Siddharth Village with about 20 international students from all over the world. My life has changed thanks to this meaningful and deep experience. Recently I have visited again Siddharth Village and I still found a beautiful atmosphere, perfect for healing and introspection. I highly recommend for those who are seeking a true experience of contact with nature, yoga and meditation learning, or just a few days of relaxing in a wonderful homestay. People make you feel really at home. I can recommend also for solo international travellers. Safe and welcoming.

Service is very loose. Staff response is very vague. Very limited options and portions of food. We were surprised knowing chicken curry was made only a very small bowl portion. Should have informed the potion knowing total guests they offering.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a spiritual and medicinal eco village property, and I must say, it was an incredibly unique and memorable experience. The property is nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush green forests and flowing streams, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for spiritual retreats and healing. One of the things that stood out to me was the emphasis on sustainability and eco-friendliness. The buildings and infrastructure on the property were constructed using natural materials like bamboo, mud, and thatch, which not only blend beautifully with the natural surroundings but also have a minimal impact on the environment. The use of solar power and rainwater harvesting further contributes to the eco-friendly ethos of the property. In addition to the eco-friendliness, the spiritual and medicinal aspects of the property were also impressive. There were several meditation and yoga areas, where guests could practice mindfulness and connect with nature. The property also had a well-equipped Ayurvedic wellness center, offering various holistic treatments and therapies that promote healing and rejuvenation. The staff and volunteers at the property were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, always happy to share their expertise and answer any questions that I had. They were genuinely passionate about the property's mission and the positive impact it could have on visitors. Overall, my experience at the spiritual and medicinal eco village property was one that I will never forget. It was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I left feeling recharged and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a unique and transformative experience that blends spirituality, sustainability, and healing.

Great Experience. Perfect for an escape from a hectic life. Best Enjoyed with your Friends. Provides in-house lodging facilities. Have Fun. Can be more maintained though. Requires attention to preserve its serenity.

No AC in summer... Dripping hot in cottages... Food menu has no fixed price... They will charge as per their wish... Not recommended at all... Stay away from this scam... Rs 250 for 4 tiny pieces of chicken that too made by helper not proper chef...

The place is nice and huge, but the management is pathetic...we booked 2 dormitories which was in almost depleted condition...there was no gyser (despite being in one of the coldest region in odisha), there were no fans (don't even think of visiting in summer),blankets provided were too thin...flush was not working and for everything you will have to hear our personnel are busy you will have to do everything on your own....food quality was good...but the per plate quantity will not serve even 1 person....better to avoid staying here even if you are not getting any other options .. sightseeing are also 60-70 kms away....i regret coming to this pathetic place (only for the management)

Best place for a peaceful retreat. Don't expect room service or sophisticated food. Enjoy the environment, take your time, relax

The Sidhartha Eco Village at Kakirigumma is poorly maintained. Food quality is less than average and even the staff are not well trained. When we asked the staff/receptionist about the organization and their aims and objectives, she was unable to answer! Disappointing. The cottage interiors are good and spacious but have poor lighting. The only activity that can be done is a bonfire but the entire campus is pitch dark at night and they have made no provision for lighting for comfort of their guests. They have a dog den quite near to the rooms which stink badly and these dogs are let out at night as watch dogs. Overall this place can be used as a transit point to sleep for the night while travelling to Koraput or farther. Badly maintained campus, poorly trained staff, lack of hospitality and below average food.
