Padmabati Amusement Water Park & Resort - Balasore

I had purchased a tour package in February 2024 worth Rs 2000/- where coupon for passage for water park for 6 persons, (worth 550/-each), Restaurant coupon of Ra 250/ each for 6 persons, 4 coupons each for mock tail, welcome drink, rides and many things, including buy 1 get 1 etc coupons for extra. The offer was valid till 31st March 2025, But in reality when we visited the park on 30 march 2025, they charged me extra 1100/- for pass, and the only one cheated us by accepting one coupon only at the restaurant and charged extra for food with many terms and conditions, we came back and had to eat outside from our pocket. This is 100% cheating and I am going to file a consumer case against them. Also they are forcing people to pay for clothes suppled by them for water park. It's very bad and please don't go there. Not sure about the rides, because we didn't do that, perhaps they would have charged us for everything included in the coupon. Please don't go to these fraudsters and they need to be taught a lesson

I went there to hangout with my friends .. There was no proper bording/banner to reach there that's why we had Lot of trouble reaching there.before one day I ll ask in call for pricing n all they told me for pool we charge 600 rupees with lunch after We reach there they told 650 per person without lunch. Whatever There staff also not that much co-operative ... specially at there locker and dress section girl . Her behaviour is too rude ..My costume size is L .. simply I ask her can I got Black colour dress.. it's so body shaming for me she told me no no not at all for ur size not available... black colour is not for healthy people's...i didn't tell her anything same time my friend size was XS ..also she told black colour dress also not avail for you..it was too rude nd ridiculous.. fact was i Shawn there everyone was wearing that greenviolet colour and blue colour pant..she didn't Listen client's requirement she was done her own thing.. after that the cleanliness of water ohh my god so sad to say still my body had allergies itching with redness..II would give them 0% in terms of hygienic level. One more thing whatever water activities were there they were closing it and opening it as per their wish.wash room was okay..i thought there was no backup electricity cause time of I take bath for 5 to 10 min power cut was done...But one Think I like about that Was One security person near the pool he's too cooperative with respective guiding us very well. Showing us where to go sightseeing and what to do there...ohh God How can I forgot about food the food there was so so so bad .the food was burnt according to the price food portion was very less and was very bad ...so worst experience

My experience was really bad. Though one of my friend alerted about his bitter experience here . Someone a close friend of owner's friend asked us and recommended to visit this place. The place and amusement park is Ok Ok if you have visited wonders the. You will feel bad about this place. If you are planning to stay here, please don't stay here better to stay in town. There is no resort experience at all . Restaurant don't provide food in room and also when we visited restaurant was really busy and they told minimum time it will take to serve food will be atleast 2 hours and when we left restaurant no one informed that they are considering our order on priority basis. The next day when we visited during lunch hour they told us they cannot serve food to us because yesterday we left without informing them and they had wasted food . When we contacted the management their response was sir restaurant is really crowded and please talk to the attendants. Attendant straight away told she will not serve food and she will consider after all the tables are completed subject to any food is left after that. That is the attitude of their staff . Ultimately they ruined our vacation.

Amazing Experience Best Place To Visit With Friends & Family . Also They Have Option For Variety Of Ride's For Kid's & Students. Also a Luxury Hotel to Stay & Restaurant inside it. Newly They made Gaming Zone Fr all ages group contain many interesting games. Horse Ride, Duo Cycle Ride, Cafe, Grocery Store, Hotel, Exercise Playground many more things are there. 50 is the entry fee u can also enjoy swimming with it in a small pool wid slide & cycle ride 25 min 2 person 50 also most liked thing is The the big water

Disappointing Experience at Padmabati Water Park, Balasore Last week, I visited Padmabati Water Park in Balasore with my family, expecting a fun and refreshing day out. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable due to poor management and lack of organization. The first issue we encountered was the lack of cleanliness throughout the park. The pools were not well-maintained, and the changing rooms and restrooms were in a deplorable condition. For a place that caters to families and children, hygiene should be a top priority, but it was severely lacking here. Another major concern was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. There was no proper guidance or coordination, and most of the staff seemed indifferent to visitor concerns. The safety measures were also inadequate, with very few lifeguards present around the pools, which made us uneasy, especially with kids in our group. The rides and attractions were not as advertised. Several rides were either non-functional or poorly maintained, which left us with limited options for entertainment. Additionally, the food options at the park were subpar and overpriced, with very little attention given to quality or hygiene. Pros: The park has potential with its spacious layout and variety of attractions (if maintained properly). Cons: Poor cleanliness and hygiene standards. Lack of adequate safety measures and unprofessional staff. Several rides were non-functional or in poor condition. Overpriced and low-quality food options. Suggestions: Improve cleanliness and maintenance across the park, especially in pools and changing areas. Train staff to be more professional and attentive to visitors' needs. Ensure all rides are functional and adhere to safety standards. Offer better food options with reasonable pricing. Overall, Padmabati Water Park failed to meet even basic expectations. It has the potential to be a great family destination, but without significant improvements in management and maintenance, I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Good park but far from the city & no proper road according to google map...go accordingly over all good family time spent inside..

Very poor service breakfast slow service ver less item people were waiting for one hour for each item no bread no butter nothing only idly and uttapam if sambhar was there no chutney poor management

Booked for Holi celebration on 14th March for my family.No welcome drinks was served.When asked about Holi celebration details nobody knows.Talked with manager on phone he told to wait for more than 1 hour to talk personally to resolve my issues.Not a good experience.Staffs behaviour not professional.Giving 1 star for the good food that was served
