OYO 61757 Hotel Midtown

Room was clean . Ac and TV was working properly .Toilet without lock . Have no parking for 4-wheeler .

Worst experience of my life. The dirtiest and unhygienic rooms ever. people literally walked over the bed..There were shoe stamps on the bedsheets. Insects on the bed and side table. Unhygienic washrooms. And on the top of that when we asked for room service and requested them to clean the room, they said we don't have room cleaning staff now, you have to manage. And after 2 hrs of argument they changed the bed sheets and pillow covers only. They didn't clean the washroom. Left us with those dirty towels and smelly washrooms. As it was already late in the night we didn't change the hotel. And the most sad part was they changed Rs1200/-per night, per room , which we already paid and booked before. I will recommend not go there. The place is a scam.

Bad behaviour of staff

I will not use any adjectives for this hotel. Mirror glass in bathroom is broken. No channels in TV. AC not working properly. Spots are there over the bedsheet. Dirty towel. Water of AC is dropping inside the bathroom. You can't touch the knobs of doors fearing infection. Curtains not changed since 1890. Fan making noise. If OYO keep on doing business with this kind of hotels, then it's days are numbered.

The hotel has its name good but the staff behaviour is bad. Rooms are of very bad condition. Broken furnitures, no geyser in bathroom, water clogged bathrooms, broken table. Over all, i would suggest not to visit the hotel. There are better options in Jharsuguda.
