Worst hotel experience Totally untidy Doesn't know how to behave with the female person. If you say a single word they will start an argument. Never go to this hotel. I suggest you'll find better hotels near Jharsuguda railway station with an affordable price. Added some photos If you say them to change one bedsheet they will make you cry but won't change it they just need their money they don't care if you stay or not. And kindly check for cameras if they are so rude. The first thing you should do is care about your safety first. And don't argue with them if you are not from this place.

Very much bad experience.. rooms are not clean Staffs are so rude .very much bad experience You can look for some other hotels near railway station jharsuguda..

The guest house was small and the rooms are ok ... But when it comes to cleanliness it's disgusting. The bed sheet and pillow were very dirty. It stinks so bad that u will vomit

I booked AC room and was given Non AC rooms quoting the price i paid( price paid was less as discounts i have applied). You won't get mineral water for free..you have to pay.. Evening you will get good snacking options. Over all it is good but they are treating customers based on their own policy not what is written during booking.

This is good place to stay. There are only 06 rooms so not so crowded place. Ambient is good. Located on the main road. Medicines shop is in the ground floor & Wine shop is also adjacent to hotel building. *No regular water is available, you have to pay for mineral water.

Given its proximity to the airport,one might book this hotel for convenience. But let me tell you that there are very few options available for you go to the city and this place is kind of isolated,so there is lack of transportation facility. The sfaff is very rude and apathetic to your problems. Once you go to check in, the receptionist would demand you more money than the amount you had paid through online booking failing which he would not give you a room and may tell you to leave(it happened with me) . The worst thing is that there is nothing nearby,so you could not find another hotel nor any transportation means for about 3 kms(if it is night then it is the worst) The owner is a doctor who lives on the ground floor who is equally rude and annoying as its staff members. So if you have no other options,then I would suggest kindly have a chat with receptionist before checking in.

When it comes to a homely feeling while out of home...it's the best place to be here.. perfectly arranged and well mannered staff with all daily needs available near by...cost effective and comfortable distance from bus stand train station and airport... perfect place to be...

Don't EVER stay here. I booked through Oyo & paid on the App. On arrival, the "Manager", dressed formally in banian & shorts tells me that they don't accept online payments and the Oyo rates are not acceptable to them. I spoke around to inform the Doctor who owns the place but the neighbours said that the problem was the Doctor's attitude itself. Luckily, Oyo gave me a choice of shifted my booking to Hotel Midtown or Hotel Payal & refunded my payment. As I stepped out, a young man from the Doctor's residence came running out to say I should delete photos on my mobile. Jerk! Giving it a single star rating because zero is not possible. Stay here at your own risk. These guys are misfits in the hospitality industry.
