Very bad staff talk badly with me they don't know how to behave with us and he badly spoke with me infornt of receptionist and receptionist not telling anything to him very bad service my first and last time with amar hotel at jharsuguda

Very small & dirty rooms and bath/toilet are like general compartment of train. Poor maintenance & water is leaking every where from taps/valves in bath room. Pan/Gutkha spitt can be seen at in & out side of rooms. Extremely bad experience and never stayed in such type of hotels.

My name Abhishek, I'm staying in this hotel on September, when I'm checkout this hotel that time I'm forgetting my bluetooth head set at their room. After 15min when I'm calling to hotel manager, he said that he will check room. I'm rapidly call to manager but he didn't accept my call . I'm also trying to call to landline number. He accept but when I'm asking about my head set, he rejected my call. This hotel manager behaviour is very ridiculous and rude behaviour. Don't choose this hotel. The all staff are thives. I'm very disappointed to stay in this hotel

i visited this hotel during covid atmosphere for quarentine facilities...as this hotel having quarentine facility as per govt. data... Hotel rooms are ok... But room service are not upto the mark. rooms are not so clean. if you have to spend 1 or 2 days then i would recommend this hotel otherwise for long vacation don't opt for it if you have other choices.

Best hotel in budget in jharsuguda Town.... and best staff behaviour with their customers.... I loved the stay in this hotel
