The Balkrishna Palace

Sorry for late review. My stay was in May 2023 immediately upon the inauguration. I was the first online booking customer and my booking (just 10 hrs prior to check in) , my check in welcome and stay including food hospitality and everything was so warm and heartening. I could never have envisioned, even in my wildest dreams, that it would uphold such an extraordinary standard. It was only upon experiencing it firsthand that I was truly convinced. The quality is comparable to the finest hotels in Tier 1 cities, and I sincerely doubt that a superior hotel exists anywhere in South Odisha. Excluding a select few establishments in Bhubaneswar, I believe this hotel stands among the absolute best in all of Odisha.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by impolite behavior from the staff. Despite the delicious food, the service was unfriendly, and we had to wait for an excessively long time. Tips for Improvement: - Train staff on customer service and etiquette. - Ensure management is approachable and responsive to customer concerns. - Improve time management to reduce wait times.

Earlier food was awesome. This week I visited the balkrishna palace.I ordered for Prawn biriyani and they gave prawn biryani but chicken pieces were there. I could clearly figure out that the biriyani was not fresh. They are using previously cooked chicken biriyani rice and half cooked prawns were added to it .Prawns were not cooked . Very disappointing . 1 prawn biryani costs 469 rupees and we are not even getting fresh biriyani!

A variety of rooms are available here with all types of modern amenities.You would also customize any other special requirements you might have, which would make your trip all that more comfortable.Rhey provide wifi , pickup drop facility,In house mini bar,smart tv, Complimentary breakfast and laundary facility. Room cost minimum 2500 and upto 8000 per night.In Jeypore if you more concern about security then you should go there inspite of other low cost hotel.As per my knowledge and experience when ever any filmstar come to Jeypore they primarily focus on this hotel for stay.overally my experience was so good with their service.

The palace is nice hygiene, The staff is friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, and the convenient location makes it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Great location and a greater restaurant on the 5th floor. The view from the restaurant is to die for! Cherry on the top is that the food is reasonably priced and very delicious too. It's quite busy during peak hours but they keep on serving late too. Enjoyed our evening break there.

All good but need improvement in service while taking the order they are not noting it, serving different dishes and also refusing to cancel the order.
