Balaji OYO Khurda road, Orissa.. Paid Rs3000 (one night) over priced Worth about Rs1500 or so. Bathroom stinky, heavy urine smell. Not clean to the standards.. Water heater not working.. Wash basin clogged

Offers really small (tiny) rooms. Though you can have cooler in that. Also there are AC rooms available. It's bad even for a few days to spend. Also, if you are two, then also it's not ok. If you are coming with family then it can be hectic, painful. The below pictures are of 700 rupees per day. My point is it is little higher for this coziness. It should be lower or the room size should be bigger. The rooms include bad bed sheets, pillows and no brooming surely for several times. Also, there is no attached bathroom, but common two of each bathrooms and two toilets which include a commode and an Indian style. Moreover, it is situated in the top floor (3rd), so quite hot in the atmosphere naturally. Normally people like me come here to attend something in NISER. So for a day or two, it is bad though as the service is also bad. Last not but least, this guest house is also in oyo rooms. So you can checkout through online apps. But my suggestion is to go for offline. And as it is included in oyo, I think non married couples will not face any problem or judgemental behaviour here. Cheers.

Staff , Room , location everything fine

Good, big and spacious rooms. Big bed along with cupboard, table, two chairs and TV is in the room. Also, changing room is there. Bathroom is big enough and hot water is available.

Not a greatly maintained one. We can go for quick fresh up only. Hygiene can be improved.

Very bad experience and.. we check in almost 1:30 am..,.the boy was drinking alcohol..not a good place...need to maintain well... about cleaning
