Hotel Imperial Guest House

Visited 2 times. First time it was okay. Both the times travelled with 8 months old baby. Asked for room first so that I can sit with baby and my husband can fill up the forms and all. In our second visit, staff behaviour was very rude. He argued and asked to fill up the form first and then go. Rooms were clean and tidy both the times. Towel and toiletries were provided.

The hotel has no provision for food and hence you have to rely on outside food. The staff is hardly helpful. Most importantly, the hotel is excessively OVERPRICED for the amenities provided (which is close to nothing)! They even charged extra for a third person but just provided a mattress on the floor. The quilts were stained (could be blood but not sure)! I would not recommend staying here!

Atmosphere and ambiance is good. Hotel staff behaviour is friendly. Even though due to technical issue my hotel didn't get book still hotel staff did it by themselves. This one doesn't have owned restaurant but you wouldn't feel any difficulty as there was a good restaurant near by. In case you need to order at hotel they will serve you at your room from getting outside. Reduced 1 star because of no roof on parking place. But CCTV installed.

A luxurious guest house with 24*7 hospitality and room service with polite staffs and employees and having a cool environment of familiar .

Beautiful rooms. Loved it. Just 1 problem no in-house breakfast. Though they got amazing vadas for me. Otherwise very clean and beautiful rooms at this rate.

Everything is okay except the beds and water supply. They have rock hard mattresses which are very uncomfortable and there was no water available in the toilets at night for no reason? And no warning?

Large well maintained rooms, small bathrooms, WiFi password was provided with hesitation, no restaurant but they can arrange from outside.
