Hotel Keshmin

Worst experience I have ever had. The staff was not handling me the room keys after checking in. They were saying that they will open the lock whenever it is required but were not willing to hand over the keys. Looks like I am in a 10 star hotel where they have set a whole new different level of rules and regulations

Stayed here for 2 night and got very welcoming behavior for guests. Polite and professional staff. Room cleanliness was good.

Had a brilliant stay in this hotel. Their hospitality is out of the level, especially their food quality and quantity. While going outside and coming back , they are taking the full care by sanitizing every particular time. You will face no problem in their room service as they respond to every complaint of the customer and we can contact them anytime. Their price for the stay is very affordable.

Taste & quality of the food is good, service is also quite good with professional staffs with proper uniform.

In current COVID-19 pandemic, it's a best place to stay. The hotel is well sanitized. The safety precautions taken are well appreciated. Rooms are also well sanitized and very safe for staying. I loved it.

My family member stayed .At Hotel keshmin the customer service, is best as well as gentle behaviour of all staff Reception, attended,food ,lunch ,dinner,is hygienic our thanks to all staff and special thank to manager for his sweet & humble behavior.lastly it is family hotel without any disturbance .

Worst hotel, the behavior of the Manager was of very low standards. He is very rude, adamant and he don't deserve to be a Manager at all .Being in service sector he really needs to amend his behavior .In spite of tie up with OYO ,with a big board of OYO displayed outside admittance was denied because of the sole reason that I made online payment this really ridiculous . .
