Saanaira Resorts & Spa

Hey I recently stayed at this Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I found the breakfast options to be limited. Consider adding more variety to the menu. The hotel is very close to the beach, you get to see wonderful view. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The room cleanliness was pathetic, with dust and stains visible throughout the room. The bed sheets and towels didn't appear freshly laundered. The food in the hotel restaurant was also a letdown. The dishes were overcooked, and the flavors were bland. The presentation was unimpressive. What really took the shine off, though, was the staff service. When I raised concerns about my room, they didn't seem to care. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. For the price, I expected better.

The surface was fantastic! Every need was accommodated by the staff. Staff members went above and beyond to serve. The maintenance person who opened the gate down to the beach was very kind. The first day we did not even have to ask and came and opened the gate when he saw us down by it. Aareik came out and found this to let us know that breakfast was almost ready and to double check on our order. He came back out to inform us that the breakfast was almost ready. Those are the kinds of service that make people feel valued.

We had gone through all reviews befire booking .Therefore ,Surveyed the location and then booked the property for my family for two nights and two days. Yes ,trivial service issues happened rgd WiFI and TV .Unlike other properties , the entire team including the GM of the Property involved himself to sort at earliest .Their intetion to satify the customers were clearly visible in their actions. The ambience of the property on the Sea and the Service Team at your doorstep makes the same differnt from.other properties. Frotoffice and Housekeeping is very strong here . Overall experience was really nice with a great view and friendly staff, timely cleaning, Management was really nice and it felt safe to be arround the staffs. Alu gobi was relishing dish that I tried, great ambiance, would suggest soft music to be played in the evening in the garden area for soothing effect to the guests.

We had a destination birthday here. The location is great, so as the staffs. I could have given 5, but there were couple of last minute blunders by the event team which spoiled the mood, hence I am giving 3 to the services. Good parts are they will coordinate with you from end to end. Ensure that you have detailed your requirements. They have some good collection of sea foods and North Indian dishes. I would recommend to stay there over night to enjoy the ambience while indulge in delicacies.

We had a good experience with Saanaira Beach Resort. The location is on the beach and easily accessible. However, food could be improved in terms of availability.

It was an excellent experience staying here specially the location and view of the natural beauty is amazing. The staff behaviour and service is appreciated and very friendly. Thank you all the staff and management for providing such a beautiful satay here at Gopalpur. Thank you.
