Wooden Leaf Satkosia

The owner misbehaved with our family, he is so arogant & a cheater I must say. Do not ever plan to book this property. Staff behaviour is also pathetic. The rooms are dirty & doesn't have any geyser in any of their rooms.

Worst experience ever we get. The owner cheated us, cancelled our booking and deducted 3000 rupees from the amount we paid them as advance booking amount. Don't book this property if you're planning to travel in satkoshia

My cotraveller had cancelled owing to ill health and i had checked with the property before yravelbut i had to pay the entire amount for a double room. The room was good and the bathroom had a small geyser for hot water. However the room had not been cleaned nor had the bathroom. The food was simple and good but the utensil washing place was extremely unhygienic. The person who was called twice to clean the room kept asking for a tip. Many stray dogs in the property. On the whole not a very good experience for me. Very far from the crocodile farm and park.

Very bad experience of room and it's service. Only one staff was present . He was doing all the work. We went with our pet dog and paid 1500 for it, but got low class room even after paying for the pet. Room was not clean and floor was disgusting. Bedsheets and towels were smelly and windows were were full of termites. Not cost efficient and not according to the amount paid by us. Staff no. near to zero. I hope the headstaff looks into this

A nice resort on the way to Tikarpada,Angul,Odisha. Located at a nice location. This resort area is surrounded by trees that the owner has planted around the resort. The resort has only 7-8 rooms Ac and non AC type. We had booked oneNon- AC room for refreshments. The hospitality of this resort is good . One can visit this place for nature lovers. One reaching there we were welcomed with Vanilla milk shake . For breakfast we had poha( flatten rice ) and potato peas curry , Sandwich and tea,coffee. From this site nearby places are Satkosia Gorge,Odisha( Crocodile research center). Small small islands are there to enjoy nature to the fullest. Must visit if you are in Angul, Odisha,India.

A Beautiful place often ignored by people of Odisha. Nice property, good service and very beautiful scenic beauty at a reserve forest and surrounded by hills on all sides. Must visit for anyone who wants to stay a couple of days close to nature.

It's indeed a pleasure trip with my family and friends at Wooden Leaf Lodge & Resots Satkosia, Odisha. Too peaceful place with warm and friendly hospitality at your resort. Going to visit again soon in winter. Special thanks to Mr. Siddique for his care and support.

Actually there is no Hotel in the name of Wooden Leaf. A booking agent has given this name, the actual name is different. There is no cook to prepare your food, which was not informed at the time of booking. Except one person there is no staff to provide any short of Service. I would suggest if any one like to book a this hotel please contact with any person of Durga Hotel, Angul, who is the owner of this property in different name.
