Excellent experience during my stay. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. Room service was also good. The location is also good having parking space in front of the hotel. The owner of this hotel is an awesome person. Must visit this hotel

Hotel Scam Palace. Foreigners and Govt. Employees beware, you are being overcharged! Hotel owner is really rude with customers. He overcharges everything, from room to food. Food and beverages are purchased from nearby hotels and shops and sold at 300 - 500 percent markup. Tea costs 5 rupees and they sell it at 30! Food generally costs lower if you visit the restaurant yourself instead of ordering via the counter. It's not a palace, not even an imitation.

Worst experience to stay here, not at all clean, services are like day lodge, no packaged water served at room, no almirah to keep things, Overall horrible experience. Not recommended.

Very very bad hotel . Terrible experience. The hotel owner who is 80 year old , he is very bad in behaviour. They charges us per room rs .2000 . As displayed on catalogue the charges are maximum 1600 but the owner charge 2000 rupees per room . Rooms and interior are very poor. Seems like 500 rps room . The hotel owner is interfering in every mattres. They charged tea for 20 rps. And they give tea in a broken cup. Thing twice before you go to mamata palace .

It is overall an okay place to stay . It has somewhat smelly rooms ample parking and the price is not reasonable

It is only good hotel at Debagarh. Situated at the main market near the Bus Stand. Service as well as maintenance of the room are very well. Specially the owner of the hotel is a gentlemen and well behaved. The staff are also treated very well with guests. A restaurant is also attached with hotels. The food quality of the hotel is required to be improved.

Stayed in executive room with family but charge is more than normal hotels. Restaurant also not upto the mark

Not even think to stay in there, the hotel owner is a master of loot gang. And even if you stay don't eat any food there or in adjacent resturent. They charge you 3X time. Even charge for for the soap and sampoo provied in the room Warning
