Super OYO M Residency

I had prepaid and booked a room for 2 days, and when I reached there after travelling for 5 hours, the receptionist said there was no room available and it wasn't their fault as I hadn't booked through them but through MakeMyTrip, and for any query I had to speak with MakeMyTrip. He blamed me for this and left irresponsibly making me stand with the luggage at the reception. I had to call MakeMyTrip and explain, that too didn't help. I then had a fight with this receptionist and asked him to call and check with his owner. The owner then arranged a room for me in another hotel of his - M Palace, which is around 1.5 Kms and I had to walk till there. The room was big and spacious with a small bathroom and balcony. Had a smoky stench from ciggarates burnt earlier (not the most clean but okayish). After the 1st day at this other hotel, the receptionist asked me to check out. Had to show him all the booking details, he wasn't very convinced and said I might have to pay more. The next day I left early in the morning (didn't pay anything further). Wouldn't recommend for all the hassle I had to go through. Another issue - their phone number is neither available on MakeMyTrip nor Google.

Worst if u are coming at night these guyzzz dont even care what u are here for and dont even go for online booking ,....please go for something better guyzzz

The rooms are clean and beautiful for th price and the staff is well behaved
