Never Book.. I made a reservation through app for my stay at this hotel, and upon arrival, the hotel management demanded an additional payment of 500, despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount as per my Agoda booking confirmation. After much discussion, they insisted that the payment made via Agoda was not their concern, and they continued to demand the extra charge and last i paid and not given recipt

Extra charge demand. We paid Rs.500/- not given receipt. Very Rude behavior, all matter record in CCTV. Bola, jaha complain karna h Karo.. We booked from Agoda and paid online. There after also have to Pais Rs.500/-

I booked from OYO app, but, nobody was there to receive the phone at helpdesk. I ranged around 20 times in different buisness hours but, nobody responded. When reached the spot they asked for more charges in midnight. Rooms are not that much good as they described. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They take extra charges almost double... AC tv geaser nothing was in there in using condition

Very Bad , I have booked on 600 something every day after reaching in they charged 1000 every day

My experience is very bad. After booking online they charge an extra amount for everyone suffering from that. I suggest not to go there. Everything is irregular not good for customers.

Hotel denied check in: I reached Cuttack late at night and reserved an auto for 150 rs to reach this place as it is a bit far from the station. But the manager denied check in saying that he cannot give me room in that price. I had already paid for the room through Oyo so I tried reaching the customer support but they couldn't help me and said that they would refund my money. Now at the middle of the night I was far away from locality forced to pay for a room which is avarage at best 1200 rs. Do not get lured in by the price that Oyo is showing, they won't allow you to check in.

Whole staff is not capable of running a hotel business. Despite of being unable to take my luggage down 2 floors, I was forced to take my luggage down on my own as the staff denied to help. Unclean rooms and on top of that staff behaviour is very arrogant. Never would suggest a place to others.
