Shanti Mansion Hotel & Restaurant

My recent stay at Shanti mansion Cuttack was truly exceptional, from the moment I arrived until I departed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it a memorable experience.

Food, accomodation etc were all good, comfortable rooms and atmosphere in general.

Enquired regarding prices and services (i) Despite being clearly mentioned that breakfast is included in the price of the room, the owner is demanding Rs. 200 extra in the name of GST, but is willing to settle for Rs. 1700 if you skip the breakfast. (ii) Check-in and check-out timings are 9 AM, the rationale of which beats me. Also, before being influenced by high ratings, please take a look at individual reviews, which seem to be repetitive and probably fake (paid).

Don't go ,they don't have any restaurants they order other hotel and provide food,also from morning 9-30 you don't get atlist cup of tea,no hot water only 1 person in day and 1 person in night ,and 5 over of checkout they charge full day ,and room interior is like room of red light aria so please

Hotal rooms are clean and neat .room service and inside mansion food will available and it's taste was good.My self next I will come to Cuttack to visit I can take room in this Shanti mansion.

I VISIT HERE LAST DECEMBER WITH MY WHOLE FAMILY. AS I WATCH REVIEW ABOUT THIS HOTEL ON GOOGLE, SO I WISH TO STAY HERE . LITERALLY WAANA SAY DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING PLACE , BUT REALITY IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, WORDS ARE GONE LESS TO DESCRIBE WHAT I FEEL HERE . SERVICES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PRICES LITERALLY. AS WELL AS COMMUNICATION TYPE IS SO RUDELY. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH GUESTS, ONLY MAIN FOCUS IS CATCH THE EXTRA MONEY REGARDING THE REFERENCE OF CHEAP N DULL SERVICES. I ALSO COMPLAINT TO OWNER ABOUT ALL THIS , BUT THEY ALSO IGNORED AND REPEATING ONLY ONE LINE AGAIN N AGAIN " WE R HERE FOR U HOW COULD WE WRONG WITH YOU, U SHOULD ALSO COOPERATE WITH US" . IF THEY ARE READING THIS COMMENT SO LAST I WANNA SAY TO THEM DON'T NEED TO MAKE FOOL U CAN ATTEMPT ONLY ONE NOT FOR FUTURE .
