Be Cautious #Rude Behaviour,Unhygienic Rooms,No safety if visiting with family ,no parking,illiterate staffs !!!! Yesterday I stayed in roxy it was not the first time since I was kid I used to go with my father and used to stay here so this time when I had to accomplish some of my tasks i choosed the same hotel to stay ..I have faced very bad behaviour from their manager ...as one of my friend visited me spoke in hindi..he insulted us over the reception.. and when we asked to call the owner he said what will the owner do we are the boss..the rooms and bathrooms are very old with unhygienic bedsheet also the bathrooms lack hygiene though that didn't hurt me for managing a day in this hotel I used to overlook all those just because of the memory i used to have visit here...but insult cannot be tolerated so I put a full stop here to my visit and ask the property owner to teach hospitality and courtesy to their staff before managing a hospitality business

Pathetic. They don't even know the meaning of the word "professionalism" Charges high rates with untidy old cemented floor rooms, Full of bugs and colour is damaged in several places. Better to sleep in footpath rather than staying here.

Rooms are not clean properly. And owner are talk like customer stay freely. Bathroom are never clean And also double bedroom cost is 750 not 650

It's an old hotel but very clean. All the rooms are big and spacious. The bathrooms are very clean. It's pocket friendly. AC Double bedroom costs Rupees 1100 per day. Non Ac Double cost Rupees 600 - 650 per night. There is another option available, single bedroom non ac which cost rupees 300 but with no attached bathroom. There is no restaurant or dining room but room service is available. Both veg and non-veg food is available, you can even bring food from outside or order from zomato. One of the best hotels in Badambadi. It is situated on the main road so accessibility is also easy. The staff are very well behaved and polite.

The staff are not good people, in 2024 they still not recieved online payment.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No room services at all. Not worth the money. If I knew all this before then I wouldn't have come to stay here. There are a lot of better hotels near by with better food,services and the same cost or even lower costs. The staff aren't as responsible or well behaved. Food is also too costly as compared to the amount and quality,which are a little less than average. I hated it. I will never stay here again in my life. Thumbs downBooooooo...
