Nature of the staff members are very good homely atmosphere. Neat and clean. The decoration with ancient art and craft gives the environment an asthetic look. Location is very good, on the bank of Mahanadi river and with 20minutes of Cuttack station .it is the best place to stay in Cuttack.|Only thing lacking is professionalism, which is I like very much in this competitive, professional world.

The food was excellent every day -- tasty, balanced, and ideal for a team setup. The hotel maintained a calm, clean, and hygienic environment throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Excellent food exceptionally warm Odiya hospitality and clean and functional room and bathroom. The ambiance was peaceful with garden sculptures and cafe. Our included breakfasts were delicious and healthy. We complimented the chef for the best mutton biryani ever!

I loved everything about my stay in Pramod but the hospitality from every single staff member especially the front office staff and manager was impressive. |The airport transfer was also seamlessly planned in advance. |The room though small was clean and compact for my solo stay. The gardens are lovely with nice photo spots. |The hotel very much feels like a boutique hotel. |I look forward to visiting again.

I recently visited Pramod Convention and Resort and wanted to share my experience. On the positive side, the cafe offers good food and a pleasant ambiance. The service was also commendable. However, I have some significant concerns regarding the family-friendliness of the resort. I brought my baby along, and unfortunately, there was a considerable amount of smoking in the general areas. This was very concerning and uncomfortable, as it's detrimental to a child's health. Additionally, when I attempted to move to the designated family area, we were met with a large number of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sit comfortably. While I appreciate the good food and service, these issues greatly impacted my overall experience. I would strongly urge the management to address the smoking situation and implement effective mosquito control measures, especially in the family areas. These changes would significantly enhance the resort's appeal to families and ensure a more comfortable and healthy environment for all guests.

The hotel is excellent, with a pleasant ambiance. The staff is extremely cooperative, attentive to all needs, and very supportive. The food was delicious, and the buffet breakfast was both tasty and offered a wide variety of options.|They have two restaurants and a cafe, enhancing the dining experience. Overall, the stay was delightful and satisfying.
