Budget friendly room.. Room and Bathroom big and clean. Service also good. Must stay...

Very decent and affordable hotel right in the middle of the city and has all the amenities required. The hotel is well placed between food quality hotels and street stalls and a busy evening walk. The lift is slow and small but the rooms are perfect and are well maintained. The service staff are friendly and make sure you get what you asked for. Overall a good and reliable place to stay when you're in Cuttack.

1) Since it is located near bus stand linking road so no vehicle parking on roadside yes there is parking provided by hotel on ground floor but atmost only 2 vehicle can only adjust there . 2) As you enter you will see a board and poster guiding you to the 4th floor for hotel reception, and yes the only best thing is elevator(lift) you can use it as many times 3) Now As I reached on 4th floor entered reception my heart was like Lord Ganesha just in front, i bowed to him and then turned to the attender at reception. I asked for a room then one person showed me one of the rooms i said ok ok then confirmed it. Rates are bit too high as per location and as per facility and service. 4) Hotel Staff Is Kind But You Are Not Here to marry them or make friendship with them. Rooms are Ok, TV not working as there was no active recharge and even condition of bathroom is not good. Mirror in the washroom was never cleaned from past few Months. Water was all around in washroom as tap was leaking. 5) Altogether it was like just to any how spend one night. Towels were so old that if you use them surely you will get scratches on your body. It has no fur.

A nice looking hotel with all amenities, new attachments everywhere (from door knob to the toilet). The only thing missing here is adequate staff to take care. 2-3 staffs from the entire hotel who takes care of everything (everything means from your room service, linen, front desk, electrical connections, AC and what not!). First day we found the linens are very dirty which they took care eventually in next few days after having a lot of tantrums here. Otherwise the staffs are extremely well behaved, food is good. Suggestion to the owner: put atleast some trained professionals and make it less burdened for all of them.

Well made room. Decent bathroom. Well equipped with AC, Mini Fridge, Lights, Fans. It is little stuffed up with not much of window presence. I had a single small window. They offer meals as well

This a average hotel located in the heart of the city. One can find budget friendly rooms with basic amenities. Rooms are specious. But the maintenance is not proper. Room service is also not satisfactory. Need some improvement.

Good Hotel and Price Effective

Had been there on new year's day 2020. Less customers, hence less choice of food. Most menu items not available on that day. Taste Above average. Spacious, 2nd floor.
