OYO Mahalaxmi lodge

Room was not clean. Bed was full of bed bugs and washroom was not clean. Even the pillow and blanket was full of bed bugs. The behaviour of the receptionist was not good. When we asked to make bill for the room he said that we have to pay extra amount for the bill which he didn't inform us earlier. According to price it's the worst rated hotel I have ever visited.

Again this time also I booked in Oyo through customer care number they told me this time not going to face any problem but this time also I face the same issue they booked one piece when enquiry hotel manager told me extra charges for the room again I pay extra price to stay. I connected Oyo customer care and they told me, sorry sir we are going to refund the amount, it's a very disappointing situation, be careful guys.

The room shown in the app is not the same room given to me. and owner take the same price from me. Which price showing in app for double bed D room. They show double bed room in app and provide single bed room which was look like washroom size room. In that room no washroom no double bed no AC no WiFi no tv. Too worsted booking in my life. Disappointed money waist also room service is 0. Then don't have give towel water bottle nothing. Very bad experience.

Don't go for this hotel.... very very worst rooms.... Charges are very very high(1000) as compare to services.... Rooms are too narrow.... AC not working.... No TV.... Another thing is App is showing the price of room is 750.... but the Members charged us 1000 rupees.... Very poor quality hotel....

Sevice is very good special for singh sir... Room is very clean. One think I would to be say if any food court specially inside the lodge ..

Rooms are not clean. Single rooms have no toilets. I have lived in hotels in same price with attached bathroom in other places. Cuttack seems costly and dirty. They do not have per hour service also.
