OYO Flagship Aarvi Palace

Online booked this Hotel for 1 day through OYO. Price which was promised by OYO was not accepted by the hotel people, and they are also not ready to talk to OYO customer care. Staff of the hotel are not professional and don't even know how to talk to the customers. rooms are not clean, small, and water also went for 1 hr and came after calling them repeatedly. Location wise also very hard to find and no parking, even no lift also there. If any issue, manager won't receive the call and the staffs are also not available in night time. Overall a very bad experience I have ever had.

It's silent and peaceful stay here. Location of Hotel is hard to find, but easily markable palace. Free wifi and other facilities are available. There is no restaurant in it. Online food service is easily available.

Worst experience with the hotel & facility ,They have booking availability through other apps like Oyo ..but torture you once you reached there ..they are simply denying the booking through Oyo & force you to book directly as your are helpless at most of the cases due to emergency...They are charging almost 1500 without having power back up which is most urgent and treat like customer satisfaction is not in their policy.

Very hard to reach as location on map is incorrect. Ask local people to help. Beware as they do not accept online bookings.

The service providers have no manner. They behave like we are beggar.
