Hotel Triple C Mission Rd

The worst place EVER! I was offered a room that had stained sheets and a smelly bathroom. When I confronted the front desk about it, I was told that if I needed clean sheets (I'm paraphrasing), I need to book a "deluxe" room. Changed room for an additional cost. New room was larger but equally bad! Cleanliness should be the standard for any hotel "renting" rooms - never an upgrade choice. The premises was rundown with no investment in upkeep. Avoid the place!

The stay was very awesome. Well mannered staff. Clean rooms. The restaurant of the hotel serve really very good food. But it doesn't have a concept of half plate. Anyway the food is awesome. You can also enjoy ice cream and shakes within the hotel campus by hotel owned ice parlour known as cups and cones.

It has an amazing contemporary building. The ambiance is calm and serene. I had food here often in the hotel restaurant. The price is much reasonable than my expectation. Of course the taste of food is exquisite. The service is profound and of higher quality. It's one of the best and safer place to dine-in.

Worst place. I booked for my engagement they took advance and we got to know that their ac was faulty it does not working after running for 1-2 hours. And they do not have Chef also. Plus they do not have a valid bill with cancellation policy mentioned. When we confronted with all this they forced us to continue the function with 48deg outside and they refused to refund. After literally running for 7 days and unlimited calls and tolerating their statement change everytime finally they compensate with liqour that too at bar price. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Donot go with sweet words of manager Mr. Pattanaik and Bapi. Rooms are overpriced and no hygiene maintained. Very small and suffocating rooms. AC problem happen in room as well.

They are fraud... while i booked the hotel in their official site..they accepted the booking with 10% of amount . But when i went there it was under renovation. There is no contact number for my refund.

We went to their restaurant, not to stay in the hotel. The ambience and service both are not good. The place was full but there was no system in place to seat new customers as the previous group leaves. It was like every one for themselves and there was no staff to sort out seating plans. I have visited restaurants in Hyderabad and Mumbai where they politely ask you to wait and sort out seating asap, even if you are alone. We actually left after waiting for 20 minutes and I'm not going there again.

One of the worst hotel in cuttack..there is no maintenance,no windows,landline won't work in rooms,any thing we want we grt it in 1hr later after getting down giving complaint,AC doesn't work,we should not expect any cleanliness....even parking space is also very less.....this is my frustration by staying one night ....lift is also very slow

This is one of the oldest surviving hotels in Cuttack. It's still great. The room was clean so was the bathroom. There was warm water even at 4 in the morning. The room was very basic. There were no fancy stuff but who needs then when the bed is comfortable and it really was. The only problem I had was with the AC, that barely worked. The really great thing is that there is a fairly large car park and it's free.
