**Absolutely Disgusting - Avoid at All Costs!** This place is an absolute dump. I wouldn't let a raccoon spend the night here, let alone another human being. The room smelled like a mix of mildew, cheap disinfectant, and broken dreams. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks -- stains everywhere. I don't even want to **guess** what caused some of them. The bathroom? A biohazard zone. Mold in the shower, hair in the sink, and a toilet that looked like it hadn't been scrubbed since the last ice age. I wouldn't step in there barefoot if you paid me. And don't get me started on the staff -- rude, clueless, and clearly didn't care. I asked to change rooms and was met with an eye roll and a half-hearted "We're full," even though the place was clearly empty. Oh, and the "continental breakfast"? A few stale slices of bread, some mystery meat, and coffee that tasted like it had been filtered through an old sock. Save your money. Sleep in your car. Pitch a tent in the woods. Hell, lie down in a ditch. You'll have a better night than you would in this disaster of a hotel.

This is the one n only in all of Cuttack area's.i personaly request to all traveller's n family also who can searching in oyo an emergency basic so plz u do not have booking is this hotel.there no one professional.un hygiene.pure dirty areas.third class room etc.i also upload there picture

They refused for the entry as I showed them the oyo .. they told directly to give cash and check-in.... And it was night and I was really in need of a room..so without any arguments I have done what they Said ..the check-in... They also charged extra money... Over all very bad experience.. Not a Single window in the room.... The room felt very suffocated.....

Worst experience ever !! Believe me this shouldn't be listed as a hotel or even a property. The building is dirty and not at all maintained. The rooms are unclean (there were pan spits on the walls). The beds have stains and smell like dog piss. The towels provided are wet. The hotel fails to provide even basic amenities. The bathroom doors don't have locks, the wall and ceiling putty is falling apart. The receptionist behaviour is worst of all. He behaves like he isn't concerned at all. He doesn't even reply to your face. I can go on and on about how worst the experience was but still i will fail to list them all. I suggest you to never book this hotel.

This was the most terrifying hotel in my life. I booked through Agoda and paid online, and that was my biggest mistake. There was a married woman at the reception counter who asked me for an extra Rs. 500 for an AC room. And when I refused, they gave me a non ac room and I could not contact the customer support of Agoda. If you are going here relying on Oyo and Agoda then you will regret it. I called and confirmed that I want to check in 1 hour before and the lady said ok, then when I reached the hotel she again told me through personal call after check in that you will have to pay extra Rs 200 During check-in, my wife and I are asked whether we want a hotel for a day or an hour ? Ravenshaw University is within walking distance of the hotel. So maximum couples come here for one or two hours and spend time with their partner. The condition of the room was very bad. Cockroaches everywhere. There was a strong smell of cigarette from the room. 2 or 3 cockroaches were roaming in the bed. The TV was not on. There was no blanket, telephone, even drinking water. The condition of the washroom was no less than hell. The commode flush was broken. There was no water from the tap of the hand wash basin. You will have to fill the bucket with water and put it on your commode, if you want to use commode. There is no towel, soap, shampoo in the bathroom. If there is anything, there are hundreds of cockroaches. You will not get any wifi, no lift at all. That woman takes care of everything in the hotel. His husband was like a slave of her. Sometimes her husband and that woman will try to mislead you. Totally money oriented. Zero in providing service, and hero in taking money by misleading you. I wrote this long and detailed review because if you want to take some rest after reaching the hotel while travelling, you will not get this even in your dreams. The lady at the reception will give you another hundred problems. She is not able to read the Aadhaar card even after looking at it. And she will ask you unnecessary questions. Does not maintain register. cigarette burns in bedsheet. You see all the photos and you will believe it yourself.

Don't go there ...... because so many mosquitoes are there.... seriously....

Bad conditions of rooms, prices are high but the rooms are not properly maintained.

Worst ever. No good for family. Hotel staff is not accepting if booked online. It is only used for those who want OYO for the negative reasons. I reached their what I saw, I want stunned. Decent people should never visit there. Worst Worst Worst.
