Room is good but Mosquito is the issue and there is no contact number of reception

Overall goodStaff behaviour is good, For the people who are willing to stay there for prachee visit this place is best for them..staff are very cooperative and prachee is only 200 meters away from this hotel. Overall is good but don't book through oyo or any online app as they charged extra 800 rupees. Food availability also there near prachee.but maitainance is not there, housekeeping service is very bad..so much cigarette smoke are there which is unbearable and for bathroom and also drinking water we need the tell them every time to switch on the motor.

This is a SCAM hotel. Never ever go to this hotel. Very bad experience with this hotel. I booked via oyo app, then after payment and booking confirmation I called the property owner, he told me to call 24 hours prior check-in for verbal confirmation from the hotel. When I called them before 24 hours (after my co cost cancellation got over) property manager denied to provide me room, saying that their rent is 1000rs per night, but from Oyo I'm paying 700rs per night. So they won't provide me a room. This is a SCAM hotel, if you won't provide me room then when I called 48 hours back then they should've told me.they waited for my no cost cancellation to expire they they're telling me that we won't provide you room. Also no help was provided by Oyo.

First of all M-Palace is a lodge.. not a hotel. There is no restaurant in this lodge, however they have menu cards and the foods ordered will be bought from nearby places for delivery inside rooms, if ordered. In the month of June, I had booked a room through Agoda App. After reaching there at 03:00 PM the receptionist gave me a surprised look and told that, they don't have online reservation facilities. He reconfirmed after calling someone on phone in which he asked "have we started online reservations"? Then confirmed that there is no more contract between online agencies and the hotel view since a year or more because of some price issue. I tried to reach Agoda by phone call and then sent an email. There was a pause. Then I directly booked a ground floor room after an unmarried couple left the room after 2 hours of usage. I then asked Agoda to refund my money and after 4 hour Agoda confirmed that I will get full refund. (I got the full refund after few days, but cancellation reason was mentioned that CUSTOMER REQUEST. Just Pathetic Team AGODA). We (my friend) were in a hurry to book a room as we had an exam the very next day and we had unexpectedly lost our precious 3 hours. Thanks that, they alloted me a room (1000 per day) and I stayed with my friend. We felt great to get a very good room (5 Star compared to price). Only missing thing was hangers. Even Bathroom slippers were there. The receptionist once told me that they may provide tea, but that was never available. Another boy confirmed that they don't provide tea. We walked 400 -500 metre for tea. Bought our dinner from outside. But our overall experience was great because of good room, great location (silence family zone, though no shop in nearby visibility), clean surroundings and a wide place to park the car. As we had personal vehicle, everything was managed smoothly and we had a great time in M-palace at Cuttack Development Authority Sector -9. We thanked the staff and took their number for our next booking after 14 days. 13 days passed... On 14th day we called and confirmation was given that room is booked. After that days exam, we reached the lodge, at 1430 hrs and found that all rooms are booked. They told us to wait for 30 minutes as the 3 couples have booked for 1 hour. By 1710 hrs, luckily a couple completed their job and we were alloted that 2 floor room. Instantly I felt like a member of forensic team. The aftermath was clearly visible on bed. Hairs on floor. This time the room was small. Extremely small bathroom. Thoda mote wale ghusenge toh bahar nahin nikal payenge... No slippers for bathroom and this time we were without slippers!! Balcony is of 1 foot wide and 6 feet length but only 2 feet is accessible. It was too much dirty. There was no chairs and we requested for two. The attendant confirmed me that he will give those after a room is vacated. We managed our spaces for reading exam books without disturbing the love remains left by our ancestors who vacated the room before us. At 0915 PM we got the chairs. By morning all evidence were found to be spoiled by us. Only good thing in that tour was I just passed the exam that day. With final lines... This lodge is mostly used by young couples on hourly basis. For 2 hours 500 to 600 and there are frequent rounds. For full day it's 1000. That's why they prefer to book for short rides only. And the the short riders never complain as they're only concerned about the goals..... By the way if you can book ground floor rooms, then they are good. Look of the lodge is great from outside with OYO logo. Parking place is there. But book only if you have personal vehicle. Two wheelers can be parked inside the hotel gate under lock. Bring your own food and water. Expect nothing from staff. But one staff is there whose behaviour is very good.

OYO offers discounted rate which is not accepted my many hotels at the time of Ckeckin. I booked at Rs.449/- and paid in OYO. But the Hotel authority showed their msg to OYO to cancel the reservation. At the last moment where I would go. So paid the difference and checked in at Rs. 1000/-. Please allow and show the discounted rate which is acceptable to the Hotel.

There is very very bad experience. First of all the oyo properatior refuse the oyo online booking.. and they are demanding hair money for online booking. And ac was not working. And tv recharge also finished. There have many more problems in this oyo.

The properator behavior is very very bad. And staff also. They are demanding extra money for oyo online booking. Otherwise they are refused the bookings. It's very bad for oyo side. Please do some need full.

it is to mention that i was given room no. 101 which is mentioned 307 in the app,which can also be verified from the hotel register. moreover wifi connectivity was denied which i had already raised a ticket.though the room was infested with mosquitoes i was not provided with mosquito repellant even after asking for it.
