HOTEL MAHABIR GALAXY

Very bad behaviour bad room as well I stayed here for 2 days but they are not clean the room each and every time staff asking for tips charger plug, wash room besin, bedsheet all are damaged bathroom door littrely shouts whole opening and closing after any food order you wait minimum 1hr then after 3/4 times calling they are coming. No complementary things available here even a single watter bottle. No towel, they give you only a soap that's it I travel a lot in my last 5 years this is the most worst hotel I. Cuttack

Pathetic Experience staying with this hotel. Bad Unsanitized rooms and AC was not working. Rude Staffs.. No Housekeeping staff present in the hotel past 11pm and doesn't respond to calls or such. Had to drag the bed from rooms just to sleep at night. If you are an independent traveller or travelling with friends, don't opt for this hotel.

Room is okay with a tv , fan and bed. Nothing additional. Rates are high compared to service. You can go for online booking which safe your cost. Restaurant is there but very expensive. Staying solo is okay but with family choose another good options. Pathetic staff and management.

HONEST REVIEW- Must read before you think of this hotel... 1. If you are booking online - DO NOT BOOK, they will show awesome images online, when you check in, you will be handed over the keys of a stinking and worst room available. There is no "complimentary " thing exists there, not even half liter water. 2. If you are booking offline- Why are you coming here, go towards badambadi 1500 meters towards bus stand, you may get better rooms at cheaper prices.. Staff behavior- too rude and bad. They won't respond even if you call them 2-3 times.... Very bad experience...

Worst hotel experience ever; dirty stinky rooms; non-functional AC; no service or attendent after 10 PM available; no water available at night; doors are locked after 11 PM of the hotel; you can only go in from a basement staircase; mattress and bedsheets are terrible; no parking available; rude hotel staff; and highly overpriced hotel

Bed quality for hotal not connecting wifi don't mobile phone charging switch and very beed service not responding
