Hotel Jai Radisson & Convention Center

Stayed here for two days. Worst hotel experience of mine. Awful behavior of staff. Dirty plates in front of room left from 8 in the evening to 8 next morning. Extremely dirty. Garbage thrown everywhere inside hotel corridor, in the window shaft, etc. Staff very uncooperative, wifi not working even though it's shown while booking. There were c*m shots sprayed on the walls of the room at multiple places. All in all, worst place to stay. Please look elsewhere. God bless.

Location of this hotel is good and interiors and exteriors are also well maintained.Size of room is decent with all basic facilities... but it can be much better... In my room where i have stayed AC drainage pipe open above bathroom door which is not good. Dth not working.... But if we compare with tariff charges of room with facilities it's nice to stay.....

Well it's a good Hotel and Lodge. But the price is a little expensive and according to the price the room is quite small. But I can recommend it for a good stay. Because at that price you are getting well clean, air conditioning room, parking and a restaurant at a place.

The hotel management don't even aware about their policies, I checked in hotel at 11:40 pm on 02/12/2019 with full discussion about 24 hr. Checkout policy, when next day on 03/12/2019 I came for billing at 11:00pm theya asking for 2 days charges, Even his manger replies our hotel owner Mr. Ashok Panigrah instructed me to do the same and I can not do anything. There has no value of manager's commitment. I would like to inform everyone please take care of wording before check in. Hotel management not following any ethics. They have no value of customer.

Rude staff behaviour, completely money oriented. doesn't matter who you are they know only to extract money. Extra charge for room cleaning. I would recommend not to opt for this hotel. Many other good hotels are available at cheaper price

Best place for doing official meeting here and rooms for staying is also good neat and clean. Food of this hotel is awesome . Most visit this place at once to try how is it.
