Hotel Dwaraka

Rooms were good. We had booked Deluxe rooms and Suites for relatives. Service was horrible. The behaviour of staff towards guests was bad. They had a really bad impression of the hotel. Breakfast service was slow. Staff demanded tips from every guest. Never book a stay at this hotel.

Hotel is centrally located, roomss are big and clean but ac units are not functioning well. Main problem is toilets as water is continuously leaking from the drain pipes below wash basins. Food is good but daily room service is poor. Overall rating is 3 out of 5.

A good place to stay for a while but the services like room services, food services are very very bad, staffs needs trips in every Moment on every service they provide

Bedsheets should be cleaned properly, only for that reason I gave 3 star on Rooms,

One of the worst experience, the rooms are filled with cockroach, the batrooms are so poorly maintained, staff push you for tip for every service. Kitchen is not at all cleans. Staffs are ill behaved specially the rooms service. Please lock the door if you have a lady with you because room service people come into your room with duplicate keys even with calling the bell. I stayed here for 5 days and its been 8 times when this happened. Sad but i saw that due to less options around the vicinity they make good business.book at your own risk

We stayed here for a day for a function. The hotel is about 4 km from the Cuttack railway station and 36 km from the nearest airport at Bhubaneswar. It is located centrally on a very busy road. The room was a deluxe. The AC did not function. The attached toilet was a relic of the past. The room fittings and furniture needed to be upgraded to reflect 21st century thinking. The personnel in the reception did not understand Hindi or English and understood something else. Of course Odia (Oriya) and Bengali were understood. Food in the attached restaurant Dakshin was tolerable but not up to the mark. Room service and laundry cleaning were very bad. Travel desk was non-existent. It is better to pick up bottled drinking water from outside. The pricing was on the higher side for the facilities. A hotel best to avoid.

Location good in the mid of the city with adequate parking space. Rooms( A/ c ) are big but dusty and dirty. Food , have a big menu card but subject to availability. Service, worst. We checked in at 6.00 am and checked out at the same time . Both the time we had to made the desk clark drag from his bed. He conversed with us from a darkroom behind the reception desk, asking us to give him some more time, since he was suffering from bad headech. Each time it took up more than thirty minutes. Extremely unprofessional.
