Flagship Shree Ram Residency

This hotel is the flagship of Shree Ram. From the basement to the top floor, it provides a safe haven to connect within. The staff are very friendly and offered cleaning services on several occasions. The restaurant next door is also owned by the Hotel and serves amazing food. Drawbacks to the hotel was that there was no kettle and it was set on an intersection which generated quite a lot of noise from the cars. Overall, I felt looked after, but ultimately an experience of home away from home is determined by our own state of perception.

Horrible experience I have ever stayed..that reception says that can provide anything that I am alone in night shift..I have spent my money how a person can denying for service..

Worst experience. Ac water was leaking in the room. They charged 200 more by saying ac room was not available. Tv was not working. Water was running continuously in the bathroom.

I am from kerala and i booked the room well in advance so that i dont have any issue.. First they told me that my booking is cancelled when i called them.. Later i reported the issue to oyo and then they arranged a room. Room is not at all like the photo and location is inside a congested market. Bedsheets were dirty and rats were there. When we asked for a change in bedsheet and pillow cover as it had dirty stains on it, they showed their frustration and changed only the bed sheet. Which they did not change for the next day i jad to stay there.. Service is really poor. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall good but they provide unpacked water bottle to the guests and dose not permit late cheak out although there was vacant rooms available,but they said there are no rooms available so you have to check out within the time

Just Okay for one day stay. 1. No lift available. 2. No ventilation in washroom.

Worst hotel, Rooms have insects inside. Cleanliness zero - the washroom is horrible. Online booking prices are not accepted, they will demand double to what shown in the app. Ac was working fine.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have travelled many cities and booked oyo rooms as well, this was my one of the worst experience, I didnt feel comfortable, staffs behavours are really bad, i booked through oyo site they denied to give me AC room, after companing they gave me room room where ac not working After then they gave where ac working but room has so many stains, ugli yellow stainful washroom, I came with my parient parent , how come i will stay there. And end up paying double charges and booked good condition room with all amenities. In between all these things their bad behavour shouting on us , i will always remember this And when i complain oyo they were like you booked deluxe so u paid extra . So mr someone from oyo do you want mw to use that unhygenic room, and same room should display in oyo portal as weell. I feel how came people coming from online booking has dirty rooms and offline has good rooms . Does it make any sense. i feel all these things scam fraud, i started hating cuttuck city bcz of this hotel, If someone from hotel reading my comment teach your staffs how to talk to customers first,
