Flagship Heritage Inn

The room is the worst and not clean at all -- both the room and the washroom. And they charge more on the spot than what they show online.

Worse than worst. No cleanliness of the rooms. The complete place was stinking and the rooms were not cleaned and so are the bathrooms. The lighting of the rooms is so dim. We had to stay there because of the location and there's no place to stay nearby in this area.

Issues faced after reaching hotel 1. Checkin issue 2. Extra charging 3. Denied the tie-up with Oyo "Never visit Oyo Heritage Inn Sector 13 CDA Cuttack" It's a kind of fraud, when I reached the hotel the hotel staff refused the tie-up with Oyo and asked for double the amount of money I was seeing online. I had received a hotel booking confirmation mail but the hotel owners denied the online booking and made the booking offline. Oyo should display a notice on their application that "These type of fraud is going in Oyo hotels, be careful"

Good Place to stay and comfortable bed, no disturbance whatsoever. Its just they need to start the TV connection. As this is a new property but still TV is something which is mandate. Otherwise amazing property as per the price. I just hope they keep up the same cleanliness and hygiene once they get old.

Available good food. Affordable price.

Never go they have tie up with make my trip and oyo. When booked I paid fully but owner asked to pay Rs 300 more to compensate as the amount paid by make mytrip and oyo was less . I don't know why these companies tie up with these establishments who are still under construction and do not provide full facilities. Never go stay in bhubneshwar till the time they give you facility of water food and hot water.

Very very bad, they deny if you book online and the rooms are too dirty.

Newly made but perfect. The faculty nd management also good. Service was too good. Location wise nd distance and place just awesome. Do check out.
