Capital O Hotel Jai Adisson

The room itself was a major letdown. It was not cleaned properly--there were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was in poor condition with chipped tiles and a shower that barely worked. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens felt worn out. It didn't help that the air conditioning was either too cold or not working at all, leaving the room unbearably hot. Noise was another issue. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms, making it impossible to get any restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were either closed or in disrepair. The restaurant had limited hours, and the gym was small, overcrowded, and outdated. Customer service was equally disappointing. I had a few requests during my stay, but no one seemed to care to resolve them. It felt like the hotel was understaffed, and those who were present were indifferent at best.

Rooms are good but bathroom is not so much tidy, service is good, Veg special thali is great. Must try..

Hotel was good. every food was so testy, but they takes around 30 min to serve . Main thing is that they have no service from 11 pm to 7am, although you are in emergency. They were not answer my call. I visited2 times. The TV was not in working condition, blanket was dirty.

Very dirty room, pillow covers weren't changed and straight away lied on face until showed a hair on the cover. Blanket cover wasn't changed either. Water soaked walls, dirty washroom. Water easily collected on the washroom floor as it wasn't draining properly. There was a constant sewage smell coming from the washroom. Doesn't have a dedicated parking space for 4 wheeler. It is a narrow lane, complete nightmare for parking a car. No warm welcome.

Not good for family bcz staff behaviour are rudely and non cooperation

This is a very Worst property. 1. All staffs are non professional. 2. Rooms are not coloured.3. No any cotton bedsheet used4. Towel is very poor standard5. Room's wall are full with damp6. TV is not working.7. AC in on running condi6but cooling is nil and full of dust.8. Bathroom are not hygienic. Each and every wall of bathroom are totally dirty.9. Bathroom door is brokenI was booked this property along with Breakfast,Dinner but hotel denied to provide Breakfast and DinnerHotel also denied to issue GST or any non GST invoice though as per rules gst invoice will provide by the hotelafter checking the room I found Bathroom is not clean and ask to reception and one resturant boy came and clean bathroom and commodes. After that same boy take dinner for me.Bed sheet is synthetic not cotton.Food quality is not good.I mean hotel have only one staff who is loking restaurant, room guest and bathroom cleaning.How a person will adjust this type of Non hygenic property.It was a horrible night to me.Hotel management is completely non professional and non cooperative.

They maintained the bed properly.nThe quality of food was also good.The rate wise this room is okkk.Room is not as I expected.nAfter entering the room is smell very bed.In bathroom the flush is not working properly. The AC is not working properly. Otherwise room is okk for single stay. I asked for TV remote ,I stayed 3 days but they don't gave . Coordination of their worker is not good.

Deserves zero stars. Dirty walls. Dirty bathroom. Stained bedsheets, not washed properly. Weird smell coming from the room. Non existent room service Unprofessional staff. There was trash in the corridor.
