The Blue Lagoon Premium Hotel

One of the best hotel I found in Cuttack. Good river side view location was also great as it is nearby badambadi bus stand. Staff behaviour was good and smooth checkin process. They were having inhouse restaurant as well and the food was tasty. Overall great stay will definitely stay again.

Never ever have food in their restaurant. They wash plates in the restroom basin. The dinning table is cleaned with very dirty cloth. Kitchen is also very dirty & unhygienic. Restaurant even is very dirty table mats even torn. Mouth freshener was served in broken bowl. I used to like this place food a lot. Yesterday I went & experienced this all & never ever going again.

One of the best hotels at Cuttack. All the services, behaviour of the staff are very nice. Budget friendly and located in a great location, it was a nice stay over there.

I've had excellent experiences at this location. The attentive and polite staff go the extra mile to make gatherings and small parties memorable. The food menu is constantly improving, ensuring you won't get bored. The general manager is friendly and open to suggestions and feedback. They even accommodated special dietary needs for me. Kudos to the entire staff for their hard work!

Today 30 may 2024 i was visited blue lagoon restaurant for lunch.. But even after sitting more then 1 hr on table no one came to take order.. even after complaining this to the floor manager and hotel staff no action taken to them.. I was surprised to know that after sitting 1 hr and told waiter to send person for taking order but when complaining for no one came to take order at reception,Restaurant manager think i was just came to hotel even he dont know that i was sitting on table for last one hour. Such a poor service and behaviour i got from this restaurant in my life I advise all aff don't came to this restaurant. Or if u want to go try to came for dinner at lunch time. Because the staff team is very slow to take order

Has a very nice Restaurant with varied cuisines.

I was booked 10 rooms on April 26th to 29th also booked a banquet hall for my haldi ceremony. The service of hotel horrible room condition is pathetic . Hotel Manager Ms . Swapna she is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't know how to behave with guest . If you explain any issues with her she will first argue with high label but she's not providing any suggestions..... overall have very bad experience
