I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Due to a mistake, an extra payment was deposited into the hotel's account. Despite multiple attempts over the past year to get in touch with the hotel management regarding a refund, there has been no cooperation. The General Manager is consistently "busy" and does not respond to WhatsApp messages or return calls. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I urge all future guests to be extremely cautious when making payments or deposits to this hotel. Based on my experience, once they have your money, you may not get it back--even if it's a clear error.

To be honest... A very beautiful place to visit for Lunch, Dinner, Office meetings and gatherings. This place looks neat and clean. Foods are really tasty and mouth watering and prices are also decent. Having beautiful accommodation, accessories and plesent interiors as well. Staffs are also well mannered... Gonna visits this place more... A beautiful place where time and money both flows well

After checking the reviews, I had selected this restaurant for lunch during my BBSR to Vizag trip. 1. The location is perfect. 2. There is an issue with the 4 wheeler parking space. 3. I was shocked to know, they don't have a proper washroom for the customers, there is a one mini common washroom on the ground floor used by all which is in worse condition than railway station toilets. Now regarding the food:- 1. The starters are good in taste. i have no complaints. 2. Are the main courses being prepared by your experienced cook or new employees ?? - The Prawn Masala wass prepared with a masala which normally used in Mix veg. The taste was horrible. Another main course was Fish Besara- though the fish piece was good but the curry again horrible. Undercooked. 3. The Junior staff are good in my observation. 4. As per ambience, the food price in the menu are more than expected. So, overall, I had a mixed experience. If some of these complaints will be fixed, this can be a super place for foodies.

We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food at the restaurant was good and the waiters were polite. The seafood restaurant specializes in serving fish and shellfish."I was really impressed by the service at [SATYABHAMA INN ]. ...

Food is very good, ambience is pleasant. But the facility for washroom is not available at restaurants, you have to use common toilet for both men and women.

SCAMMED US ! We booked an event at their place, where we paid 199/- per ticket extra as cover charges.. but they refused to redeem them as they made onspot rules.. on bills above 1000/- and redeemable on next visit, it was not mentioned anywhere earlier!!

Never buy chicken biryani from Satyabhama Restaurant. I bought it, and regret about it. Both rice and chicken was over boiled. It was not worth of money. Even street biryani is much better. They also charge more price, but utility is zero.
