This hotel is very bad, there is a big difference between showing and showing like a shopping app, the TV in the room does not work, the toilet is not connected to the room, even in room number 6 and 7, they are harassing the customers a lot by giving them rooms, they are stealing money, in my opinion, it is not worth staying in this hotel.There is no security for your belongings in the room.

They ask you for extra money and treat you badly for not giving tip.. and bed are not good quality and even very dirty.. wrost experience

The only positive thing is its location which is very near to Berhampur railway station. All other parts are big negetive. There is no ventilation in the rooms & feels suffocating. Beds are dirty & infected with some insects. Choose this place only if you arrived very late night at Berhampur station & have no other option to stay.

If you have payment with your credit card then they'll charge extra unnecessary amount for that. initially denying to extra charges for credit cards. But we did the payment with our debit card . But the owner unable to understand the things. And suddenly he taken the action which is not the acceptable with the customer. He was fully drunk. And with his wrong behaviour we suddenly skip the hotel. Please think twice before going to this place.

I loved the hospitality they provided and above all in a much needed situation they kept a room for me on just one call without asking for any prior payment. Room which was provided was very comfortable they provide rooms with fridge and geyser attached at an extremely reasonable rate hence I will recommend this guest house to everyone

The room was good. The location is not so great but it's near the Railway station. So people travelling to Berhampur can definitely take this as one of the options to stay provided you should have your own allout machine coz there are many mosquitoes in and around the room especially inside the lift and in corridor.

Though we booked 4 rooms for 3 adults each we were provided with only 2 rooms where 3 adults could sleep. One of the rooms for which an AC tariff was applied was not an AC room. The same room was dirty with a rag placed in front of the bathroom. The room was a thoroughfare for the access to the terrace and people started banging on the door to get to the terrace. It was a terrible experience one should not book this place if it can be avoided.

Horrible experience! We had booked AC double beded room through goibibo, they gave us a small size dirty room in the roof top. When we complained about this, they showed us very ignorant manner. The room was very suffocating with full of mosquitoes.
