I had a less than satisfactory experience during my initial stay. The blanket provided was visibly unclean, and when I requested a replacement, I was informed that no other options were available. I was also told that other hotels would charge more for better cleanliness. This response was unfortunately dismissive and unhelpful. I believe a more accommodating approach would have been to either offer a solution to address the cleanliness issue or to acknowledge the concern and offer a sincere apology. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed with the relevant staff to improve future guest experiences."

The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating and soft lighting... The food was prepared with fresh ingredients and had a wonderful balance of flavors.

One of the worst place to stay, if you stay in summer. Price 2050, if you don't opt breakfast. AC is not working as it is a old one. TV was not working, may be the signal was not there. Rooms are not good as expected. It is looking good from outside, inside it is not good.

This is unconditional. If your staff good behaviour then we are also send you 5star. Only one staff who get black tshirt. He was also miss behaviour. Toilet was also third class.. behaviour also third class, room also third class.

The hotel location is great and the heart of the town. Room size is good. Room service was the very worst experience during my stay. Needs improvement staff skill , so that they can handle the issue in future. I hope it's better in the future

The chili garlic noodles had just the right amount of spice, with a savory garlic kick that complemented the dish perfectly. I also stayed here, and the experience was pleasant. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making it a good overall stay.
