No house keeping service, No cleanliness, No hyegenic, NO power backup @all, Lift service is as per the mood of manager , Rude behaviour towards customer, No sufficient staff, ONLY manageable Child friendly ONLY for Good location (market area, park & cinema hall ) Room size is good but very dirty. FOR Staying one day or 1/2 day is OK Better avoid to stay with family.

Hotel Mayuree, located at Gandhi Nagar, Brahmapur, for overcharging and misbehavior during my recent stay.||||**Details of the Incident**:||1. I arrived at Hotel Mayuree on January 3, 2025, at 11:10 PM and was informed that I would need to book the room for two days, as per my travel plan. I agreed to this, and I paid the full advance for two days.||2. My check-out time was confirmed as 4:00 AM on January 6, 2025. I only stayed for the agreed-upon two days.||3. However, on the day of check-out, I was told I needed to pay for three days instead of the two days I had actually stayed.||4. I immediately questioned the charge, explaining that I had only stayed for two days, but the receptionist misbehaved and refused to resolve the issue. ||5. I contacted the General Manager (GM), who admitted the mistake but refused to refund the extra payment of one day's rent. Despite the GM acknowledging the error, I was still charged for three days.||6. The staff's rude behavior and wrongful overcharging caused unnecessary mental distress and inconvenience.||||1. **Overcharging**: I was wrongfully charged for three days instead of the two days I stayed.||2. **Misbehavior and Poor Customer Service**: The receptionist misbehaved, and despite acknowledging the mistake, the hotel refused to correct the overcharge or issue a refund.||3. **Mental Distress**: The experience caused significant mental distress and a highly unpleasant situation.

Pathetic service staff and pathetic rooms. Kindly avoid going there. Many new and good hotels nearby. Staff always asking for money for simple tasks.

The room size is very good. Location is very very good. Manager is very polite and well behaved. The only issue is cleanliness. Housekeeping staffs are lazy and not trained. Another issue is no pantry in the hotel. There should be facility for atleast tea , coffee and baby food. This is basic requirement in every hotel. The hotel management should work on their housekeeping staffs. There are spider webs in all the rooms.

Best location to roam berhampur market n jwellery shop , park , movie hall but the room is worst even the service is extremely poor. Unhygienic room and bathroom in cost of 1100. The rooms worths 200 but they are taking too much

Great hotel to stay with family and kids- friendly. Everyone nice and humble there. The Hotel is situated in the center market place of berhampur.
