Hotel Jyoti Residency

Hotel is not that good. The rooms have a damp smell. It is a very old hotel and looks impressive in the lobby but the rooms are suffocating even if they are spacious and the washrooms are also dirty The location is good. They have parking as well.

Jyoti residency is a good hotel. My experience was good. Hotel room is quite decent. Would have been better if complimentary breakfast would have been there. But must say the food was amazing. Each and every item is tasty. Room service is also good. Food price is reasonable. I would recommend the hotel.

Room is ok but not Housekeeping. Housekeeping only cleans room. They do not change towels and soap (small medimix) nor replace water despite no water being there in room. They do not clean table and bathroom daily. They cleaned bathroom three days later and that too when i insisted., Everywhere i have gone in India, daily fresh towels, water, soap, tea packets have been common in hotels. Here, u had to ask them every single day after u come back. Hot water does not come consistently. It stops after sometime. Room is Ok. Food is Ok. Location is fine.

Very bad staffs. I had visited the place with my parents and faced a lot of problems. The toilet/bathroom lacks basic necessities. Geysers were not working. Very small rooms with Inflated prices. Management is looting people in the name of innovation of super deluxe rooms which are very small. Their car parking has space for only 4-5 cars that too on the side of road. Tea is not available until morning 7 am so you have to go out side if u want to have tea before 7 am. Most importantly the staffs are very very rude especially the one who is in charge of hotel.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I can guarantee that all good reviews are fake reviews, by people residing in Berhampur. Anyway, here are a few facts: 1. Extremely unprofessional staff, including the receptionist: Bad attitude, cheating mentality, unruly behaviour. Will charge more and bill less by making ridiculous claims. 2. Extremely dirty rooms and bathrooms: Visit the room once before checking in, else be prepared for a surprise. Dirty rooms with stained bedsheets and quilts. Broken switches. Loose taps in the bathroom. One star out of five, because Zero is not available.

Good Hotel to stay..clean and hygiene.Good staff but food was not up to the mark.overall good to stay.

OVERPRICED HOTEL. Rooms are work not more than 1k per day. NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST NO WI-FI POOR STAFF NO HOUSEKEEPING Even on a full main course meal, 5 slices of onions are charged 20/- Water bottle is also charged at 30/- VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

It has it's presence since our childhood and I visited this restaurant almost after a decade. Currently they are revamping the restaurant for a whole new look so arranged for temporary one for less occupancy in the conference hall. Coming to food I was quite surprised to see them maintaining the quality and taste when lot of new food hubs are sprawling across the town as competitors. All the recipes were tasty and service was also quite fast with soothing ambience and good hospitality. We tried Pomfret Tandoori Fry, Bali Prawns, Chicken Drumsticks, Prawn Salt & Pepper, Nonveg Mixed Fried rice and Caramel Pudding. All of them yummy except Pudding, that was a let down not an authentic one. The major surprise element was Prawn Salt & Pepper as this was totally a different version altogether and a must try one. Definitely recommend Jyoti Residency
