Hotel HCB (Hemo Chandra Bhawan)

This is a budget hotel in the centre of the town. It's clean and comfortable and although we had a problem with some noise, they moved us with no issue and even let us keep our bike luggage in the other room. All the staff were obliging and very helpful

Situated near the Zanana Hospital, Brahmapur, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with great hospitality to the travellers. It is around 1 km away from the Brahmapur railway station and autos/ Totos are available to take you to the station. The rooms are spacious enough and well decorated and of course quite neat and clean. We have booked a triple bed room where 4 people including a child can be easily accommodated. The room has a sofa set and other necessary amenities as well. Only issue with this room was the washroom which was very small and little staffy as well. It has an awkward column inside the washroom which was uncomfortable along with the small size of the wash basin as well. Apart from this, we have not faced a single issue here. The staff members are absolutely amicable and they always treat you with a smiling face. The receptionist also has a warm welcoming attitude towards the customers which is appreciated. They have a common game room and a restaurant with this hotel. This property is very popular for the marriage or other occasions.

We stayed in this property during the Dasera festival.We had our pet dog with us.This was the main reason to select this property.We reached around 4 pm. Unfortunately the hotel kitchen was closed.Online food delivery service was active, so we managed.Next day we checked out for further journey. We had a comfortable stay with our pet.Room was big enough. The toilet was big too and clean, fitted with all accessories. Breakfast was served in the room. Recommended for all.

We stopped for a night while in transit. For our purpose of a short halt it was a good place. Our pet was allowed and we could use Swiggy to order a light dinner. Mr. Vishnu was the one and sole person who managed every part of our stay very efficiently. His dedication to his job is commendable. Thank you.

The place has been my favourite for tha last 3-4 years. The staff is very cordial and the night staff is also very helpful. A must stay for new omers also

Excellent hotel for the price. Parking- They do have a parking place few shops before the hotel which can accommodate around 6/8 cars easily so this is a good option for people coming with car but as the hotel is bang at the centre of the city reaching the hotel from the NH takes some time as the traffic is chaotic. Rooms- I had booked standard AC rooms so I had basic expectations but when I reached the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room I had gotten I could see it matches the pics of the double bed king room option they have, so whether it was a free upgrade or something else I am not sure. But the room I got was excellent, it was neat & clean with all modern fittings. The bathroom was also very clean. Nothing to complain about here at all. Food- They provide food in the room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cost was reasonable and the quality was great too. Service- The overall behaviour of the service staff was great. Deducting 1 star for this simple thing. Please don't force people to give 5 star ratings during checkout. You can just request people to give the ratings and people will genuinely give that as you are doing great. But the push for forcefully completing 5 star ratings from all the guests'phones doesn't seem right or professional at all. Please discontinue it. Overall a great hotel at a great price.

Excellent Service and Hospitality and very Cooperative Near to both Railway station and New Bus stand Rooms are standard with decent price.
