Hotel Anarkali

3rd grade hotel.. They showed me one room but gave another.. I paid 1600/room for Prime AC room but they gave me a cheap small room and didn't gave my money back

This is a ridiculous hotel. Professionalism is zero. It's kind of an OYO. Not recommended for families. They don't provide towels, and on asking provide us with torn blankets. For the price we checked in there, but were disappointed with the overall feeling of this place. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is fraud hotel..there is no parking for vehicles and there is no good serviceing ...the staff in the reception is very rude and there are not at all take care of customers and there is no responsible at all towards customers in the room ..Room neatness is also very bad

Pros : The staff is friendly and the located in a really good place. The rooms are very spacious. Price is decent. Cons: The A/C doesn't work is all the rooms. The building looks Shady. The rooms could be cleaner. The bedsheets could be cleaner.

Good rooms... Not Up-to mark... Feel low lights in alley... If one day or night stay you want you can go for it. Long stay I won't Advice. Rest depends upon you. And profile pic is not of Hotel Anarkali. Car parking will your main issue.

hotel staff is very rude and they kicked me out before the check out time in hot summer despite multiple requests.they also denied early check in while there are options of free early check in in make my trip where i booked my tickets.after giving 1 star on MMT the owner called me to say why you have given me 1 star wait for my reply.i am frequent traveller but i have never recieved such harsh and disgusting behaviour from any hotel staff so far.other things about this property dirty cooridor,malfunctioning lift,ac not working most time,only 1-2 channels in tv for a super deluxe room costing 2000+.really shameful.not a recomended place for familes.

Let me share my worst experience! Booked it for some of my government officials last week but service was pathetic. There was no towel, no soap was provided, flush was not working, There were no ac remotes and one had to manually change the temperature. We were told that dish tv connection of the hotel was disconnected. Later that night, Called the staff to clean the area near the door at 12.30 am due to some issues but he said that we need to sleep and gave us a wiper to wipe. Me along with my other friend wiped the floor while our guests were watching us doing the same. Next morning we were given towel, that too half torn, used to the core and in pathetic condition. All this trouble for a deluxe room of Rs 1700/- Do not book this hotel incase you have your family or special guests with you!

I've stayed here for two days. The location of the hotel is great. They hikes their rate occasionally and exam time. Don't booked rooms through online they'll charge you a lot, better to direct contact with them via phone before booking. This hotel is not upto the mark of 3 star hotel. Near Ramalingam Park.
