Excellent by all means. Value for money. Friendly staff with smile on their faces. Special credit to all the hardworking staff who are extending their best efforts to keep the guests comfortable and feel at home. The quality of food served deserves special mention.

The overall service and hospitality were far below expectations. The management was not responsive or cooperative, and there was a clear lack of professionalism in handling guest concerns. A hotel with such potential should focus more on customer satisfaction and proper management training. Not recommended until they improve their service quality.

I booked deluxe room for four nights at this hotel with complimentary breakfast. Room is big but bathroom is tiny compared to the room and bathroom has old style toiletries, bathroom is not upto the standard. Worst part is 1- in this hotel one cup of tea is not even included in the compliementary breakfast. One cup of tea is chargeable @ Rs. 37 including taxes !! I travel across the country and stay in different chain hotels. Every where complimentary breakfast includes one cup of tea. 2- Hotel staffs are incompetent and security asked for huge amount of free commission/bribes at the time of check out which is not acceptable. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Very bad experience. Worst room in high price. A/C didn't work, geyser was damages, unhygienic rooms. Worst experience in a hotel ever. After complaining about the issue still no resolution provided neither different room provided. I stayed for almost 10 days. They take the rent in advance so that customer doesn't leave.

Such a unprofessional hotel, Staff and room service. I have booked 7 rooms and no one from my guest was happy in there service. No room service, equipment/ amenities are not working properly, lift not working. Insect are found inside room our guest are changing there rooms 2-3 times in there stay. Receptionist also not good always talking lies and confused. She didn't know what she was actually doing. In our entire stay we also see other guests also complaint about there services. They took service charges by doing such kind of un ethical jobs. They also took mineral water bottle price which was already in open condition at the time of check in. This was very horrible experience with this hotel please check and clarify all things before check in to this poor property. I don't even know where to start. This was, hands down, the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, it was one disaster after another. The staff was rude and unhelpful, acting like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. The room? Disgusting. It smelled terrible, was filthy, and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly--there was dust everywhere and stains on the sheets. The bathroom was even worse: mold in the shower, broken fixtures, and barely any hot water. Noise? Non-stop! Whether it was the loud guests, thin walls, or constant slamming doors, I barely got any sleep. The bed was so uncomfortable I might as well have slept on the floor. Speaking of floors, the carpet in the room was sticky and stained--absolutely revolting. As for the amenities, what amenities? The so-called "Wi-Fi" barely worked, and the advertised breakfast was a joke. Stale pastries, watered-down coffee, and no variety. To top it all off, I discovered extra charges on my bill that no one could explain. It was the cherry on top of this nightmare.

Substandard hotel with terrible service and poor staff. I had booked 2 rooms I had received a room with its bathroom pot leaking and was told sorry could not do anything because the hotel was full no remedy was provided. The 2nd room I booked the geyser was not working. This is the first time I have issued such inconvenience at a hotel. The room is spacious and the hotel is at a good location.the quality of room is of okay standard. The room does not have any toiletries.

We stayed for 4-5 days , the staffs are non-operative with taking extra charges of rooms. Lift was not working properly , heater is not working. The receptionist women is always in confusion & increases the bill every day in name of GST charges. You guys need to improve on staff behaviour and hotel services when dealing with the customers.

Very poor. Staffs are non supporting. The services are very poor and unprofessional. I suggest don't book the hotel at any cost. Response to your reply: I did not ask anything for free. I checked in late (8 pm instead of 11 AM) and checked out late 9.30 pm instead of 12 noon. Hence I requested if you may charge little less than full day's charge which was eventually declined. For two days stay I paid for 3 days. I have bill with me. But that is fine. My complaint is not for that. Since you want to know let me tell you. First, you give confirmation of booking after 7 reminders, that too in form of whatsApp chat " Room confirmed. " I asked for fixing issue with hot water at 11 the staff came at 4 that too after my 3rd call. I asked for normal water whenever, no body paid any heed to. My kind of complain are already there in the reviews written by other visitors previously. Let the readers decide reading the reviews and the way you wrote the response to my review it only proves how professional you were. And thank you. you are not that special that I would like to visit u again. Never.
