Treebo Y Hotels Elite, Khandagiri

The hotel is hidden with no proper sign board. The staff at the reception are ignorant and non -accomodating. Sheets were used and the staff refused to change them on request. Hygiene at the dining area was poor, cockroaches were running around. Overall a horrible experience and will not recommend to anyone

Rooms are not so great.. all fake ratings.. bathroom not neat.. hand wash , shower gel not refilled, fan was not working properly..food is worst..bland food no taste at all.. breakfast only 1 or 2 items..

The property is well located near Khandgiri PS. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Food was good. Biggest problem is parking if you go by your own vehicle. Owner of building doesn't allow vehicles inside campus. I had to come out thrice at night to see safety of vehicle. Security guards though assured were found asleep which was brought to the notice of front office staff. Rather he was awake through out night. Sometimes the management hikes prices of rooms exorbitantly which has no logic. Staff were well behaved & professionals

No Parking at hotel premises! One with personal vehicles should avoid this place. Booked this one during journey on NH16, because of its location and easy access to highway. But I had to cancel the booking and return from the gate as the security asked me to park outside of hotel premises on road side (where there's no security no camera whatsoever). Also the security guard who was on duty on 29th October 2024 around 5.30pm, he was very rude and unwelcoming by nature. Almost got into argument when I asked about vehicle parking. Because of him I cancelled the booking without even going inside and talk to reception.

The location is good for travellers passing through NH16. Being Treebo, they maintain the standards with respect to bathrooms and rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean and can comfortably house 3 adults and a child. We checked in late at night and checked out after having breakfast. Breakfast was simple and good, complimentary too. The only minus is that even though they have a huge property to park cars, they asked us (everyone's indeed) to park outside the gate citing that security stays outside the gate. I didn't find any events / special occasion happening there and was left wondering why parking stays out. Apart from the parking, everything is fine.

The hotel is spacious. |Lift available.|2 major tourist attractions nearby - Khandagiri caves & Udaygiri- Hardly few minuts.|Airport - 15 minutes : Railway station - 20 minutes.|Infact most of the famous temples in town are within 15-20 minutes radius.||Housekeeping was good & our suggestions were complied with. Laundry efficient.||Food :|We had breakfast every day - The dishes were good. Everyday a different local dish was served along with regular breakfast dishes. The local dishes were excellent ( Kakera - a slightly sweet dish was super delicious.|Meals - we had both veg and non veg meals. Tasty indeed. I suggest - if you are veg, ask for "Bhindi" [ ladies fingers ]. The dal is also good. For non-veg , the local fish is good - we loved the curry more than the fry fish. |TIP - ask/ request preparation - you will most probably get it done. We got.||Staff Team - courteous and efficient. Prompt in response. ANKITA is an energetic and caring team member. Chefs are good, too. ||At many places, roads - we found a large variety of fruits. Fresh & Delicious. Ofcourse not near the hotel.

It was an amazing experience in this hotel at a very nominal price. Rooms were clean, food was very tasty, hygiene was maintained and the staff was highly responsive and soft spoken. My overall experience was excellent

It's a good three star facility. The staff is very welcoming and attentive . We stayed two days and found a very calm and quiet atmosphere here. Those who are looking for a three star facility it's very nice.
