1.When a customer came to the Reception and mass gathering AC switch off ,very chief mentally. 2.Break fast no complimentary. 3.No room cleaning. 4.The reception did not receive the call. 5.Next time no planning to visit the hotel. 6.TV is not working after complained not rectified also. 7.Bath room upper part damaged room no 106. 8.Mothers also need identity proof. 9. Wifi is not working in the room, inform but not rectified. 10.hotel name Aqua ,but no swimming pool used in evening.only use time (7 to 10 )am. 11. I never saw this type of hotel. 12.Reception person are not trained and not qualified of hotel management.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My stay here was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First of all, the WiFi didn't work at all, which made it impossible to get any work done or even relax with a movie. The room was in terrible condition - stains all over the walls, and the entire place felt neglected and dirty. When we requested room service and housekeeping, we were flat-out denied, which is ridiculous for any hotel, no matter the price range. To top it all off, they had the audacity to charge us 400 Rs extra for a tiny stain on the bedsheet -- which was already covered in multiple old stains when we checked in! This place clearly doesn't care about its guests or providing even basic hospitality. Save yourself the trouble and stay literally anywhere else.

While it is located centrally, the condition of the rooms is pathetic. The staff behaviour is also quite rude. The rooms are not cleaned or maintained properly as per the price charged. For a room that I am willing to pay 2000 for, I expect it to be in a good condition. Please dont visit. Its not worth it.

Very tiny rooms bed is not clean, we asked to change the bed sheet they said it is normal, Balcony is blaah blaah too much dirty Outside food not allowed here And if you want to get your complementary driks you have to call the staffs Pool time is only mng 7 am to 9

One of the worst and unhygienic hotel we have ever been. Me and my family came for a staycation and we regretted later as the room's were dirty and very smelly!!! The reviews on those booking apps are not trustworthy....

This hotel is near khande giri caves, but bit outskirts, we have to self service everything from carrying luggage to room or refilling the water bottle. Personally did not felt it bit safe as I came bbsr first time and it is little bit off the market. But yes its roof top pool is good and roof top view is good.

When we cheak out the room seems in Google map photo doesn't same so all the people who book online clasic, delux room please concern that the room is clean or not (1.) when we enter our room the room is doesn't clean and the walls, bedsheet are disgusting (2.) The staff were theft because we just for 5 min going to the roof and came suddenly open the room and saw that the hotel service staff were inside the room and open wallet and bags. (3.) When we complain in the reception the reception staff were also supported there service staff but The manager of the hotel is polite, he will call us and regret for the inconveniences and providing a better room But Manager behaviour doesn't matter here because fault is about the staff so please HILLSIDE AQUA I hope you understood the matter. I visit this hotel frequently as it comes nearest to my job location due to which i used to compromise and stay but I wanna inform everyone who reads this review be4 coming to the property as you have a hard earned money and for a gud service and gud gesture uhh come to any hotel or choose any hotel to dis I wanna keep my points dat dis property is not at all worth Dey are money minded people with third class attitude no service nothing not at all safe any time Dey can kick uhh out of the hotel as you are staying at the hotel and uhh are a bit late to check out dey will not cooperate and play games throwing tantrums unsatisfied room service given in the property until and unless uhh ask dem for complimentary water bottles or complementary items dey will never provide uhh on their own if you complain d hotel manager she ll give uhh a statement and make uhh a lier dat no she has the checklist and the guest is lying so paying 2000 rs and handling dis attitude is not worth dere are many professional hotels which treat dere guest as god. Dey have personal issues within staffs and throw dat grudges on the guest paying so much and taking dis attitude is not worth charges are higher Dan expectations rooms are not well maintained and cozy balcony is very dirty not at all cleaned and dey take charges saying its a balcony view room service is zero behaviour of all staffs is zero the lady manager is not at all cooperative if you complain she takes side of the staffs and cooperate dem dats why dere mistakes are not corrected because if the manager of the property is throwing back allegations on the guest if we complain I guess dat property is never safer to any one because if any bad happens dere nobody will listen to you and blame uhh rather Dan blaming dere staffs Dey just have a menue for dinner lunch breakfast kept at the room but half of the things in the menue is not available and if guest orders from outside Dey still shout outside food is not allowed Dis property is not suggested to any one being a regular guest whatever I faced I don't want any one to face the same .But one thing atlast the owner of the property is very gud but as he is away from his property so the staffs are just doing Dada Giri and bhai Giri here and not informing any thing to the owner and not letting the guests to connect him so dis property is not at all recommended .There behaviour is very rude by paying why will guest handle dere so much tantrums I think dat is not acceptable to any one dats why I wrote dis review to warn people what happened with me shouldn't happen to any one .tanq
