Rooms are near and clean but you will get noise from the train 24/7 and if you are planning to extend your stay make payment and inform everyone because they came 5-6time to confirm payment. Food not available at hotel. None of the amenities working like tv remote or tv at least they have nice car parking or bike ample of space. Staff helpful but need to understand that guests won't run away taking their money.

No service provided during your stay. Nasty lavatory. Cleaning not done properly. No towel/ soap/ water provided. Manner less staffs.

Worst Experience... No response even after complaining and waiting for 3 hours

1. I have stayed many times at this property and everytime one or more essential items are missing (AC remote, water bottle, bucket, etc.) And the staff won't listen to you even after multiple requests. Once, it took them 3 hours to give a water bottle and another time, they didn't provide a dustbin for 2 days even after multiple requests. 2. They won't clean the room daily. 3. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets are not changed daily which can be a major health concern. 4. All the rooms are full of tiny cockroaches and other bugs. They are found everywhere (in the cupboard, under the mattress,etc.). If you leave th room for sometime, they will come out roam on your bed (photos attached). 5. The staff are rude. We complained them about cockroaches and they didn't even bother to look for a solution and talked rudely. They told to change the room but that is of no use as all the rooms have this problem. At first, they told to provide an insecticide spray but it took them 2 days to tell us that they cannot provide as they don't have one. 6. The staff are arrogant because they are hosting you at a cheap hotel but the service is of even cheaper quality. 7. They won't allow you to take food from outside and will force you to eat their restaurant's food which is more costly than their daily room rent. 8. With so many bugs all around the property, you are never sure whether the food that they have prepared is hygienic enough to eat.

It's really budget friendly and staffs are also good.

Hotel is actually good but the thing is that they don't take proper care of their rooms, it's not that much clean and but it's okay for an average price. But They do have good parking space and a security guard too. Hope they do something about their rooms.

I stayed there for 2 days. When i entered the room, i saw the bed spread, bed sheet, pillows were not changed. Uncleaned were still there on bed. Toilet and bathroom was not cleaned with brush. Water was clogging. I did not get hot water for 2 days as geyser was not working. I took bath in cold water. Torn Foot rest was put on the floor. Tv was not working. Left over food in plates, bottles, used bed sheets, were seen in the corridor which were not taken for cleaning for hours together. No proper reply, no immediate action, no proper service from management and staff.

Rooms are good.There is dining table and pair of chair to eat comfortably.But foods are provided in hotel is too expensive according to its taste.Staffs are well mannered and helpful.I will recommend to stay here but u need to go outside for food.
